First visit to Duck Donut & wow everything about it was amazing! I wish I was a local now for the sake of this place! The donuts are fresh, made to order & delicious. Coffee is great. Best of all, the service! Timmaya (could be wrong) was working and she so helpful & friendly! Recommend this place as a must try!!

We ordered from the Duck Donuts Fredericksburg, VA location one week ago. We order 18 donuts from their website to be delivered the next day. The donuts were delivered to the wrong house. We notified the store and we were told we would receive a refund. Over the past week we have not received any refund at all. Whenever we would call to speak with the manager he would not answer and it would go straight to voicemail. Finally, after putting a complaint into Duck Donuts corporate website we received an email from the manager. The manager of the Fredericksburg location refused to take any responsibility and would not issue us a refund because according to him it was the delivery company’s fault. We ordered directly from Duck Donuts website, not through a delivery service. We received no donuts after paying $45 for the donuts plus delivery and tip. The manager of the Fredericksburg location clearly does not care at all about his customers and even stated that he never said he would make things right. This is a week after the delivery error and after he stated we would receive a refund. Only today is the manager mentioning a partial refund after I made a comment about the delivery error on his Facebook post about delivery being available. I was simply trying to warn other customers to order at their own risk and then the manager blocked me from the page. I guess he is trying to cover up the issues with their delivery service. I have asked several times for a full refund of the $45 I paid and still a week later have not received it. The manager of the Fredericksburg location is terrible and seriously needs some guidance on how to treat customers and run a business.

The ladies working at duck donuts today were absolutely phenomenal. They were able to assist me with the best donut selection. The woman that was presumably the manager on duty even gave me a packet of ketchup when the place does not carry ketchup. Wonderful job ladies!

This is one of my favorite Donut spots in Fredericksburg. Their donuts are incredibly large compared to other donut chains and deliver exceptional flavor. They have a good amount of different varieties and the coffee is pretty good. It is a bit pricey compared to other shops but you get what you pay for here. The service is always consistent and they provide an excellent overall experience.

Love these donuts!!! Perfect way to start a Friday with a delicious warm donut. Very friendly staff and kept so clean and cute. Can't wait for the next treat day!

My first experience at Duck Donuts was during vacation in OBX and it was great. While traveling for work I took the chance to stop by this location as I was salivating for a delicious cake donut. Everything is made to order and you can watch the whole process. I ordered a maple glazed donut topped with bacon and drizzled with caramel. Their vanilla cake donut is so moist and delicious. I personally prefer yeast donuts, but Duck Donuts is the only place I would stop by for a cake donut. You have an endless variation from many toppings to choose from, it's always something new every time You order. Possibilities are endless. This particular location was very clean, the two young employees working were courteous, bathrooms were tidy. Must stop for some hot and fresh donuts.

Went in this morning to get donuts. 2 girls were working, no other customers in the store. 1 girl made an iced coffee, placed it on the counter and walked away. Not sure who the coffee was for as no other customers were in there. After 10 minutes of waiting around for someone to take our order, we left and went down the road to Sugar Shack. Terrible customer service at this location.
