The steak was not great. It was extremely overpriced for below average tasting food. Two cheesesteak meals ended up being over $40, which is ridiculous, especially for the quality of food we were given.

Amazing food , just not the greatest service . Service isn’t the #1 thing for me but when it comes to the presentation of the thing I’m putting into my mouth it is a little bit important …. This particular location just didn’t have it all together . They don’t live up to the great steak standards. And hey I get it , who gunna put their heart and soul into a minimum wage job , so I can’t complain but so much but I mean when u just squeeze so much sauce on a sandwich with your eyes closed that the bun in soggy by the time u walk from the counter to the table then I think we have a problem … fortunately this was not the location I had my first time visit at so I know what happens when u go to a location that is at least up to standards . But I’m afraid people who it’s their 1st time will not feel the same as they should about the quality of the food had they of went somewhere where it’s well put together

If I can give 0 stars I would, I asked for a chicken salad and everything was off the lettuce was brownish green, there was no pieces of tomatoe it was a whole half cut tomatoe like how am I suppose to eat a tomatoe that big?! The chicken was the wrong kind of chicken and tasted spoiled all in all it was just off I threw it out.worst salad ever

Not sure what's going on. After all the years we've enjoyed their food and service, today was not good. Took longer than normal, they got the order wrong, skimped on the ingredients, and the fries seemed like they were old fries just refried in old grease. Just tasted stale. The Pita Bread was over cooked, burnt, and crunchy. The only thing good was the Root beer. Was very disappointed. Won't be our go to anymore it seems. Did notice there were new employees and a new manager. Hope they get it together.

A great place to get a hot fat steak and cheese sandwich. The sub has good flavor and is toasted well. The fries taste so so good too. I LOVE their strawberry lemonade!

There was a hair in my steak and cheese! ? they need to wear hair nets! The steak was very greasy and I wasn't crazy about the bread! Won't be back!
Hair in my fries! Also the King fries are more like pauper fries. Where's all the stuff that's supposed to come on them??

Me and my mom went to great steak in the mall the employees was so rude to me and my mom we ask her to do a large steak and one side of the steak was just chesse and the other side juat Lettuce and mayo and she did not give us a large because they did not have lots of people working on the grill they have like 2 people working on grill and she was rude to my mom she need to have talk or I want to be fired or tell my mom that she was sorry..........
