Everything I’ve gotten from Jersey Mike’s has been excellent! The quality, the portion size and the flavors are fantastic! They never disappoint. The only thing is, I wish they would get french fries or onion rings 😉

Food with zero taste. Might as well go across the street and eat at firehouse. The subs are expensive and there’s a lack of creativity when ordering a sub.
I will want to note that my gripe is with the food. The workers were very polite and top of the line service with a clean building.

Not busy at all tonight. Most folks picking up what was called in. First time in this Jersey Mikes. Hadn’t bought a sub in ages and the prices prove it. The Big Kahuna was good and filled with meet but it will be a while before I go sub again at those prices.

After I went in to get my 2 subs they messed up my order not once but twice. They girl Noel took my order incorrectly therefore, it was cooked incorrectly when they are busy at this location its best to just pass on getting a sub.So I ask for my money back , she try to pretend she couldn't do a refund. She took almost 10 minutes to figure it out. I go in to get a sub suddenly you can't serve me because yall messed up my subs. If I order my food a certain way it's for a reason. .

Just came from this store, got the #13 and notice that the lettuce was brown. I mentioned to the young lady making my sandwich to skip putting that brown lettuce on my sandwich. Not sure what the “Standard” is at this location, it must be pretty low, but as a paying customer that is Totally UNSAT. As a manager, he/she should be dealt with immediately. BLUF, that lettuce should have been removed from the line and replaced with some fresher looking lettuce.
