The food was horrible, the manager was rude, the app came last, almost everything was cold, we waited well over an hour for steak and cheese subs (cheese wasn't even melted), and there was no flavor at all. They were out of most sides. The total on the check didn't match the online payment option. While waiting for my food I searched up the reviews for this restaurant. Someone stated that the night before employees went to Walmart to buy ingredients for their meal and thats why it took so long. I would never recommend eating here.

This people just canceled my order out of nowhere. I placed and online order, waited the 60 minutes they said it was going to take and then when it was time to pick it up they said it was canceled! Why would you take my order make me wait and then cancel it? Either don't take orders if you can't fulfill them or follow through, that's messed up. Don't recommend this place at all.

First time here and likely the last. Just average snack foods in a dirty arcade setting coupled with slow service. We wanted to try a place we had never gone to before and I've got to say I was a bit disappointed. For a Friday at nearly 630pm upon walking in the place was empty and the staff were all sitting around joking and laughing. Not a big deal if you have everything clean setup and ready to go for a Friday night. We were seated and the booth seating was quite dirty. The little tv at the table had a significant amount of dust on it there were sticky spots all over the table. The walls of the booth seating had spots of sauce all over it. Then half of the entertainment devices were off. Looking at the menu it wasn't really appealing it was mainly appetizer type food items you can get any other place around. The waitress seemed nice and was attentive. We ordered food and it took longer than expected about 35 minutes which is a dang long time to wait for some wings and some loaded fries. When our food did come it was okay but again nothing special. Wings could've been crisper but sauced well. The loaded fries were good but again nothing really special. All in all just average snack foods in a dirty arcade setting coupled with slow service.

Loved everything about it!I went here with my girl for the first time and we loved it! Fun, clean, great staff and music/DJ. The meal and drinks I ordered were great. They have activities for children and adults on different days. Professional staff and the service was great.I will definitely be returning because the vibe was awesome!

This place was amazing! My food tasted delicious, the staff were super nice, personally really liked the Atari. L. E. D. Has a very nice atmosphere and I can't wait to go again. Definitely new favorite restaurant

I would not recommend eating the food from this place. Manager was very rude. Wawa has better food then here. If I can rate this at a zero I would but the waitress was super nice.

The wait was over an hour long the food was come and didn't come out in order( the appetizer came last) and we didn't get half the sides we ordered. Honestly the experience was not the staffs fault though, there are some serious upper management issues going on here. The manager had the audacity to argue with us with why we sent half the food back like we didn't wait over an hour for it to come out cold? And then you are going to tell me its usually not this busy during hours from 7 till close..since when is a restaurant not busy on saturday evening..

Too many young people VIP IS A JOKE we ordered food at 8:30 and at 11:45 still no food we were ask only once if we wanted a drink I was so disappointed music was really good but I don't think I'll be back unless a lot of changes take place

They were out of beer, nothing on the dessert menu was available. The waitress was sweet and helpful,music was great, but they closed around 6 O'clock. I don't think this place will be open long.

I ordered a section and i didn’t get what i payed for. There was people in my section when i arrived with my party. The table was dirty cups everywhere. On top of that my table i PAID A $175 FOR WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DANCE FLOOR. We could not find our waiter we didn’t get our hookah. The whole thing was a mess. I called the next day and they told me they was going to call me back never did. Then i called Monday no answer. I am very disappointed. Very unhappy. Oh and the table was label with them blackboard that no one can see in the dark so i don’t even think people knew it was a reserved space. Which is crazy.
