Best place to have healthy food in Fredericksburg! I love the Açaà bowl, the Collard Wraps, the Orange Creamsicle Smoothie, and the Hummus and Veggie Sticks. It is a very friendly and welcoming environment.
We travel, and we wish there were places like this everywhere! After taking an hot, outdoor, 3-hour Civil War tour, a cold juice and an icy smoothie were so refreshing, and conveniently located just down the street from the Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania National Military Park. Everywhere we visit, we do a Google Maps search for smoothies. It was nice to find this place because we weren't blasted with sugar or dairy. UPDATE: The new manager contacted me regarding the one star rating I gave. It was nice to know that good management still exists. He offered to make things right. I haven't had the chance to come in and try their products. For that, I will bump up the star rating for good customer service. I will try to make it to their shop.
