It is mcdonald's, after all so you can only expect so much. I ordered a sausage,egg, and cheese mcmuffin that's it and it took them around 7 mins to make a sandwich but the customer service was nice and polite:)

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. My husband and I waited over 20 mins in the drive thru for 2 mcflurries. After about 15 mins the girl from the first window leaned out and started yelling at the guy at the window where you get your food. When we finally did arrive at the food window 25 mins later we were given small drink cups that they were trying to pass off as a McFlurry. It was half filled with ice cream, crushed Oreo, more ice cream, and then crushed Oreo on top. Anyone who has ever ordered a McFlurry knows that it is mixed with the spoon, the spoon is removed from the machine, and then given straight to the customer. We literally had to ask for spoons.The employees were extremely curt and it was obvious there was no coherent management on duty. I honestly cannot believe this place is still in business.I know I'm complaining about ice cream and that's a first world problem. However, at almost $7 per McFlurry they could have done it correctly and it was one issue after the other at this place. Ray Charles or even Helen Keller could have done a better job.

If zero starts was an option that's what i would be giving them. The Service here is horrible i ordered a happy meal and a large fry and coke they gave me the happy meal and drinks in the drive thru and told me to pull forward for the large fry, i sat there and waited for 20 minutes, the lady came and locked the doors and saw me sitting there, three cars left from the drive thru behind me and i called the store a bunch of times with no answer, I believe they forgot about me, I couldn't go in because all of the doors were locked, i eventually went around to wait in line again and didn't even see anyone at the window taking orders, i ended up having to go to another mcdonald's this was the worst mcdonald's experience ive ever had

Been here a few times and they ALWAYS mess my order up…. Customer service is horrible. The LAST TIME I went .. I ordered 3 happy meals with 6 pc nuggets, apples and apple juice. Pretty simple right? Got them and it had extra fries so I ask if I can get the apples I ordered … the MANAGER was very rude. Grabbed the extra fries (That I had touched when looking in my happy meals) out of all 3 boxes and threw them back in with the other fries…. No “my apology” or “sorry about that” just rude and nastyWon’t be back. The McDonald’s a few lights up is sooo much better.

Service is horrible here even with McDonald's standards. Kiosk showing wrong items that not available, got redirected to three different people to replace the item for a item they are currently selling. The lady in the locs/braids with the yellow shirt, definitely on the rude side. They forgot the drink having to ask multiple times. The cashier who was wearing a blue shirt with braids was the only one who had any real customer service to multiple customers.
