I brought my kids in today while visiting with our cousins. The frozen yogurt was delicious and they had a good variety of toppings. While waiting for my youngest to finish we were socializing and my son was walking around the tables. I was looking at one of my other kids and when I looked up I saw he had peeled off a piece of one of the advertising stickers. I had him give the piece to the cashier to apologize and then had him sit at the table in time out until we were done. The man working put the piece of the sticker back on and then went to the back room. About 5 minutes later we were picking our stuff up to leave and he came back out and came up to tell me "Next time be careful. This is a franchise and we have to buy a whole new pack of stickers to replace that one. So now the money you spent on yogurt will have to go to that." I found that quite rude and I was very embarrassed, especially since he had disappeared and came back to bring the issue back up. I had reprimanded my son and punished him, and the employee was there when I did it. There wasn't anything more that I could have done to remedy the situation. I think it's very unprofessional to complain to a customer about how the money they just spent will have to be used. It could have been handled differently on his part.

Best cake batter for frozen yogurt. One of my pregnancy obsessions. Too bad there aren't more locations. Only frustrating thing. Also the service is always fantastic.

I go into Menchies quite a bit. The workers are always very kind. I see one of the workers (Jada, I’m pretty sure) a lot when I go in there. She’s very nice and always makes sure we don’t need any help. Definitely would recommend this place to others, the best place for frozen yogurt!

Fruit flies on the strawberries made me loose my appetite . Both workers were unpleasant. I love Menchie 's but this location is awful!

Went here with family in late July 2019. This place is a part of the mall area. It's a few doors from White House Black Market. Store is not that big and seating is limited. It was about four of us and it was difficult for us to get a table indoors. There were seats outside but it was in the high 90s that day so we didn't want to be in the hot sun even if we were having a frozen treat. They have a good selection of choices and everything is clearly labeled so you avoid one of your allergens if you have that issue. They also have the sample cups which always a treat(pun intended)! The price is on par with most frozen yogurt/ ice cream places. The people who work here are very nice too which is always a draw for me to come back!

My favorite frozen yogurt place. I was thrilled to discover this location upon moving here. We visited soon after, and I was not disappointed. Awesome flavors and topping choices. They even had dairy free and lower carb options for people like me who are into that stuff. Just delicious. I enjoyed every second. I'll be back for sure!please don't ever close this location :)

The girl who was working this evening was incredibly rude. The store didn't close until 9:30pm and we got here at 9pm. As soon as we were walking up to the door she rolled her eyes. When we came in she never said a single word, but proceeded to mop right up against my sandals. My husband and I looked at her and both tried saying hello and she never responded. She would not even move the mop bucket or herself and was standing right in front of all the yogurt. Just so incredibly rude. We ended up taking our frozen yogurt and eating it in the car. I understand some people have a bad day, but this was just ridiculous.
My first time there. The young man working there was such a joy to talk too. I will be coming back. I was there on 3/13 about 1230pm.

My husband and I stopped here after a painting class on date night at about 9pm (they close at 10pm). The place is small, but clean. It is in a very nice part of Fredericksburg, the Towne Center, which is full of specialty shops. There is a nice selection of candy toppings, all though they lack on the fruit toppings available. Their selection of frozen yogurt was typical, but I am not supposed to have a lot of sugar and I was extremely disappointed that there was no sugarfree options available. I asked the attendant and she pointed to an empty dispenser and said that it was gone. I don't know if they generally have it and she tore it down early because they'd be closing in an hour or if they just don't carry it, but I will be looking for another fro-yo that can carry at least one sugarfree option for those of us who can't or shouldn't have a lot of sugar.

I had Watermelon sorbet, and Blue Raspberry sorbet it was delicious. They are both Jolly Ranchers. Having this makes me feel like a kid again. The other person I was with had the Reese butter cup yogurt they really enjoyed it a lot .

Love this place. Great frozen yogurt with plenty of topping options. They don't have as many flavors as Sweet Frog, but I find Menchie's to be of better quality.
