I was so looking forward to eating here, what a disappointment. I have cooked better Prime Rib at home!! Then to charge $3.99 a piece for bacon and cheese for your salad ridiculous… Are waitress was great, the only thing I think she should have mentioned to us was about all the up charges. Will not be back…

The food never disappoints! This is definitely the best prime rib I've ever had. The lobster was cooked to perfection! Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!!

We went out for our anniversary dinner and the food was mediocre. I had a seafood meal with very little flavor and my husband had an overcooked steak with no flavor. Even our baked potatoes were underwhelming. We had been here before so we didn’t know the quality had changed so much.

The food was a decent portion size but very bland. If you don't like to season your food, then this would be fine for you. The drinks are extremely weak and a waste of money. I ordered a cocktail but had to turn around and order a shot to add to it. I sipped the shot to see if my suspicions were correct and sure enough, it tasted watered down. Severely watered down and I'm not a person that can consume shots. Lastly, gratuity was not included in the bill however the waiter came back and wrote on a piece of paper what the gratuity should be. We noticed she calculated it on the total which you should not calculate tips after taxes so we gave her gratuity based on the subtotal. She took the bill and tip and came back and said that the tip was not correct. The audacity. The tip was well over $150 but she wanted an extra $25. Ungrateful and unprofessional. My 1.5 hr drive to dine here was a waste of time and money.

Have been going here for several years.Really disappointed especially with how the manager handled that my broiled seafood platter was not fully cooked. She made excuses instead of just replacing the items that were not fully cooked. Advice: if you want to be an upscale restaurant you have to meet the standard…if you miss the mark don’t make excuses take accountability and value the customer.
Definately has gone down hill over the years. Place is in need of renovation (dark dungeon feel). Food was horrible. WAY over priced (6$ Soda) and service was mediocore at best. Wouldn't advise wasting your money here.

So I've been to this restaurant a couple of times before and it is usually not very populated likely because the food is mediocre at best.My friend, a Doctor in the area, is retiring and I was planning a retirement dinner with some other medical personnel. I figured this restaurant, although my second choice, would be perfect for a retirement dinner due to its relative emptiness.I walk into the store to make the reservation 2.5 weeks in advance and was told by the woman in charge that I could not make a reservation for 10 people because 'we might be busy'. What???? I'm not in the restaurant business, but am I misconstruing the purpose of a dinner reservation?Well!! I have a reservation at Fahrenheit 132. It's less quiet but the food is better.

From former Employee at a Very Bad Environment.Greg and Hyon Harding should be extremely dissapointed. But they are so in debt that they can't help it. This restaurant is on the out. The live well beyond there means, 8500 sqft house in Clearview heights. They scam the bill add on 5 dollar charges left and right. The servers know the game and will add on 2 dollars here and there to help pad the tips. This place is a joke, much like the owners. Place is over rated. 1980s dining at its best if ypur lucky. Prime rib will always be a great pick, not anymore, choice cuts, not prime. All else. Good luck. Seafood is terrible and frozen.Cash heavy people, always walk out into a dark place, no security amd many escape routes for criminals.
