I ordered the Half Chicken and half a rack of ribs meal, and it was terrible. The chicken was dry and tough, and had no flavor, and the ribs were nasty too, this was some of the worst food I have ever had.

This restaurant usually has great, flavorful food items. However, during my most recent visit, the taste had changed for the worst. I was dissatisfied with meal. Pork bbq was very bland; medium potato salad cup was only filled half-way; the sandwich only had a little bit of meat on it and side order of onion rings were soggy. What's really going on?! On the bright side, the lemonade and peach cobbler were the best tasting items. Customer service was good.

We eat here a lot and the food is usually always good and hot and consistent. The service lately has been slacking, they clearly need more help like every other restaurant Can never get anyone to answer the phone for a to go order

My girlfriend and I got the chicken tenders with side of hot sauce and some tossed in the spicy bbq. The “hot sauce” was more like wing or Buffalo sauce. The other chicken tenders weren’t tossed in enough spicy bbq (barely had any taste) and it wasn’t spicy whatsoever. The chicken was decent itself except for a very odd texture. It was hard to chew. Almost like it was pan fried too long and then deep fried. The fries were soggy and mushy with no seasoning. I got the green beans, but should have just opened a can of them from my pantry since that’s what they did. They didn’t season those either. The quality of the chicken was good! EXCEPT, the quality is pointless if they can’t cook it. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Shane's always has the best ribs and peach cobbler. The staff here were friendly, resturaunt was clean, and service was great. The outside appearance of the store could use some upgrades to match the area its located in.

The people are so so nice here I love coming just to talk to the staff sometimes. The food is also so delicious the prices are alright but the food absolutely makes it worth it I don't know if it's just been a good month with there cooking but I love it every time. I will be recommending Shane's to others and I will be back. Have a great day.

I loved Shane’s barbecue it had always been so good. Today was really disappointed the bake beans used to be so good. Today they tasted like they open a can of pork n beans. The coleslaw had no taste and the barbecue wasn’t good at all. I hope they go back to the way they were. This was my favorite barbecue place.

nothing is homemade they burn the tops of the buns,there is NO seasoning in any of the sides I paid almost 95.00 you got me my 1 and only time ordering here it will NEVER happen again EVER!!!!!

Was excited to try. Ordered ribs and two sides of mac & cheese. Ribs were literally room temperature, and mac and cheese tasted like the kind I'd get from fasmart as a kid. Lemonade I'd assumed was going to be homemade, wrong. Minute maid lemonade, would've just like to have been told that on the app so I wouldn't have ordered it to drink. Doubt I'd try again. ??♀️??♀️

my wife & I ate in at Shane’s and it was nasty. 1st off it was served in styrofoam containers and that is not dine in that’s a to go order and you are allowed to sit in there while you eat it. Whatever happened to serving food on a plate. The spicy BBQ sauce tasted good, but they give you two little 1 ounce containers like you would receive at Take out order.My meal of boneless wings were dry.My wife’s meal was the Shack sampler. The chicken breast was not done and was bland no seasoning. The “baked beans” were more like pork & Bean poured out of a can.The pulled pork was ground not pulled and no flavor just ground meat. The fries were soggy because they had been shoved in styrofoam container with everything else, the toast was on the top of everything. The Ribs tasted like they were cooked earlier without any seasoning, warmed over and the BBQ sauce was just poured on top. I would suggest that anyone looking for dine in go to a real dine in restaurant.
