Osteria Maria is a delight. The food is as fresh and delicious as food can be. We got takeout and ate surrounded by fireflies. This is the kind of food that it is impossible not to smile while eating. It is buoyant and simple and tastes like love. The only problem with takeout is that you will want to shake the chef’s hand.
Atmosphere is perfect. I wore a summer dress and felt great, many were in hiking clothes and that was wonderful. We went on a Wednesday and it was pleasantly packed by 6pm.
Food and service takes a minute but it allowed conversation and wine. Ricotta mushrooms with olive oil arugula..no better way to start.
Our entrees were endorphin triggering. They were out of Cannolis which was unfortunate..

A Caesar salad, lasagna and tiramisu. Get this and you will be so happy. Everything is fresh and delicious! 😋 The best lasagna I've ever had. Period. Unbelievably delicious 🤤
