Lunch on a Sunday. Music too loud. Food terrible.
Comfortable seating, excellent service, and good food.
Overly charred steaks, flavourless burgers. All soaked in butter. Came home and had severe nausea. BP shot up to 154/101. Was already dizzy and nauseated after about 40 mins of eating and inside the restaurant. Will never go back.
I've eaten here a few times. Never had too many issues until the last time we went. My mother-in-law made a reservation for 10 of us to have dinner for my wife and her brother's birthday. She called on the day before and secured the reservation being told they had it all written down and she was good to go. The following evening my wife and I showed up on time for our 6:45 reservation. Upon approaching the host stand we explained we had a reservation for 10 under our name and that it was set for 6:45. They proceeded to tell us they don't have a reservation for us and wanted to know who we spoke to. My mother-in-law didn't know the name of the man, just the time of day she called. They basically shrugged their shoulders and said well we just don't have it in the system so . . . They didn't offer to get us at the top of the list or even try to rectify the situation. Just told us they didn't have the reservation and basically it would be most likely 2 hours before we could be sat. This surprised me I have experience managing restaurants and never in my life would I have treated a customer this way. I felt as if they were calling me a liar. So I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came to the front almost looking annoyed like we disrupted something, his name was Ryan and he offered even less help as well as lying to us saying they don't take reservations. Yet I looked at the reservation list when I first got there. He also offered us nothing other than to try to seat us in about 2 hours. I might add, parts of the family travelled 3 and a half hours for this dinner. We ended up leaving and eating at the restaurant next door which was happy to help us in any way they could. I will never eat at another B.J.'s again the whole experience truly ruined it for me. Not only did they not care to lose us as customers but they didn't care about the situation. We all felt like a nuisance more than anything and I don't go out spending $600+ on a party of 10 at a restaurant that doesn't care. I would not recommend this restaurant and pray no one's night gets ruined like ours did on a special day.
Food is good. Service was a little slow however server was very friendly and helpful. Great menu variety and drink menu has lots of options. Nice seating area and spacious. I will definitely be back to try more on the menu.
The food was ok, service was horrible. Checked on once by our server, table never cleared, took 10 minutes to get our dessert. Not one waiter/waitress stopped to help their peer out to clear the table. I've been a waitress and it's a team effort. Waited several minutes (over 5) for server to get our credit card and when he brought the receipt back, no pen provided. The restaurant was not that busy for a Monday at 5pm.
This was my first time to BJs. We really enjoyed itâ¦. especially the pizookie!! Amazing!!
It was great. Except it took awhile to get our order taken and fir it to arrive. We were headed to a movie and only had so much time. We communicated that to the server. But it still took awhile to get our food leaving us just 15 mins to eat and causing us to be late fir the movie.
We had a great time there with our coworkers, and we expect that it will be just as enjoyable when we bring our friends. The restaurant's convenient location and free garage parking are major selling points. The food is average and serves its purpose as a meal at a restaurant. In any case, if you're into that sort of thing, the setting is definitely Instagram-worthy.
We had a very good experience; the manager went out of her way to assist us with a gift card problem. The food is very good; I had the triple tip steak and my wife had the fish and chips (best in the area). The noise level was acceptable; had it not been for the customer at the table next to me it would have been better. Will definitely return.
Great place for drinks and food. Pretty wide variety on the menu and of course fire pizookies
Stopped in today. Seated fairly quickly. The jambalaya and the gourmet 5 meat pizza were both delish and served hot. Our server, Uni, not sure I spelled it right, was very nice and checked on us frequently!! No issues here
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a mini pepperoni extreme pizza, ahi poke, and a brownie pizookie via UberEATS. The pizza was cold, the tuna was a weird texture and the avocado didn't look fresh, and halfway through eating it I vomited everything up. I should've known better than ordering poke at a restaurant of this caliber. For some reason, my pizookie was a smushed yet gloopy mess. It was almost laughable how disastrous and disgusting this meal was. Almost. I will never make the mistake of eating here again.
Wonderful food!! Great service!!
My husband and I took our two granddaughters to BJ's for an early dinner. The restaurant wasn't crowded at the time, we were acknowledged by our server as soon as we were seated and she did her best to make it a pleasant dining experience. The food was a little below ok at best . We didn't have to wait very long for our food, but when it arrived at the table, it was barely lukewarm. The bun on my jalapeí±o burger was hard as a rock. My husband had spaghetti and the sauce look like they had been reheating it all week. One of my granddaughters had chicken tenders, and they were lukewarm as well, there was a party of at least 20 people that were seated right after we got our food in our server was taking care of that table so we didn't really have a lot of follow up with her to express our concerns about our meal based on the experience that we had last evening, we won't be visiting BJ's anytime in the near future
