I can only review the food as I did a delivery order but I ordered the stack with ground beef. Ground beef is still pink inside , I found one piece and gave benefit of the doubt and picked it out and as I got a little bit more into it , there was more that was not fully cooked . I picked out just about all of the ground beef to be able to finish it (I paid over $20 so I was not wasting it). Other than that the taste was quite mediocre as opposed to other moes I have been to. Food does not appear to be fresh at all.

I just went in tonight to get dinner for the family and picked up the Taco Kit. The gentlemen behind the register and the server both seemed like they didn't want to be there. There was not a single customer in the store which should've been my first sign and just the attitude of the gentlemen taking my order and the way he packed the food, he just exhibited like he just was disgusted to be there.After all was said and done with a 15% tip.....$85 wasted!Fast forward to when I got home....well, the food definitely was not fresh. You can see and taste that it was sitting for a long time.- The tortillas were cold- The rice was old and hard- The nachos were stale- The lettuce was a little brownSo I definitely would recommend you stay away from this establishment.

I stopped in at this Moes for lunch and asked for a chicken bowl, the employee barely put any black beans in the bowl so I kindly asked if she could add some because most of the beans fell back in the beans as she was taking them out, so she went to throw the food away and I asked why would you throw away perfectly good food another employee came and rudely said so you can’t have it, they snickered and I thought it was totally disrespectful so I asked for the sore manager they ignored me I then recorded them ignoring me for the next 5 minutes this has to be stopped I refuse to spend my hard earned dollar to companies who promote profiling

The staff at the time of my visit was courteous, friendly and very helpful with me choosing my Birthday Burrito!! Upon entering the store I was greeted with them saying Welcome to Moe’s. Thank you so much for sharing your time with me.

Went to purchase our dinner tonight and while we were ordering our meals , I asked the lady who was preparing them if I could simply add some chicken to my order, when this young lady not sure if she is a manager or what speaks up and says you can't change your order you have to take it the way it is? I was kind of surprised because as a paying customer I should be able to add whatever I like to my order, as long as I am paying for the extra service which I was never given that opportunity to do so, I understand finding qualified personnel to work lately has been horrible however there's no excuse for poor training or no training at all, I get she's young and trying but this was very unprofessional, I chose to go ahead and order anyway although I was not happy with the this was handled.

At $15 a burrito they are back in competition with their other competitors. This store has an amazing staff. They give you your money’s worth. The place feels cramped but it has a make your own drink fountain drink machine and a good selection of salsa. The staff is always welcoming and willing to go above and beyond.

My husband bought us bowls. We wanted white rice but it looked so dry so we opted for the seasoned rice. It was so hard either not cooked or way over cooked. It was the worst. The rest was ok but so stingy on the lettuce and other toppi gs. I would think twice before coming to this location.

It was $14 for one burrito here. The food here is terrible, the sauce was old and bunched up together. Tortilla and all the ingredients seemed very stale.I don't like Chipotle, but I'd rather go there than here. Recommend avoiding this Moes.

The food was good but the place was filthy. None of the tables were clean and there was only one customer in the restaurant. Two workers were talking and one of those two was texting on her phone. They didn’t say Welcome to Moe’s so I asked them about it. The young lady said she did but she was on her phone … I never heard her. I made it a point to listen! Also, the ladies’ bathroom was filthy. I am sad to say that I was very disappointed!

The ultimate Tex-Mex fast service joint that is much better than overhyped Chipotle!Parking: Easy in and out with plenty of spaces especially having lost the big Bed Bath and Beyond store that closed!

If I could give no stars that's what they would get. I kindly asked if they were able to make a fresh batch of meat since I'm allergic to pork and they had their steak contaminated with bacon right next to it and in the container. The 3 employees stared at me blankly,so I thought maybe a line had formed behind me, but there were only 2 already eating people in the restaurant. When I explained my allergy again the curly haired male employee walked up and said," well our steak has been there all day, so yea it's fresh and no we won't make you a new 1". I walked away and they rudely made remarks about me and my allergy as I left. Funny how they think I didn't understand Spanish. I will never return to this location and I worked at Moe's as a teen and know for a fact that for an allergy you make time for your customers. I hope HR or corporate sees this and corrects this terrible behavior.Dietary restrictions: They don't care for their customer's allergies

Restaurant is never clean and I go to order food the lady just stares at me no greeting or personality or anything I had to ask her to be helped wasn’t sure if she was ready or it was a staring contest complete silence the whole process very weird and uncomfortable
