Okay, so... I placed an order through the app and the app declined my payment. So I went in to the store to place my order, only for the app to suddenly process the first order. Then I had two. This was 100% not the store's fault, the app was just faulty. My first visit. Had 30 TV’s so I could follow my team. I was starved and my plan was to eat wings and cheer them on. And I did, Mission accomplished. The (10 piece) Wings were plenty and spicy. Just as I like them. Wow. My mouth was on fire. Had to cool it off with endless cold Pepsi and scoop of ice cream with Carmel sauce and cinnamon crust. Very understaffed. Tables were dirty and falling apart. Our waitress was nice but clearly juggling too much. We waited an hour for our boneless wings and ended up having to get it to-go. We waited a good long while before we even had our drink orders taken and didn't get any refills the whole time. I feel for the staff, because I can see they are doing the best with what they have, but it was a very unpleasant experience.
