the food is okay- my mom ordered a turkey club with no tomatoes, cranberry kelli, and broccoli cheddar soup. they forgot to take off tomatoes, she never got the cranberry kelli, and the “soup” was so condensed her spoon could stand up in it. i had an order of the pimento cheese blt and almost ate what seems to be part of a bread tie. the sandwiches in general are pretty good but probably won’t be back here for awhile.

Ordered Olivia’s old south sandwich with wheat bread my side was the grape salad! All of it was so delicious! Bread was soft and beautifully toasted and sweet. Came with a pickle and a packaged cookie as well. You have the option to choose a scoop of chicken salad on a sandwich, salad or just the scoop with crackers. Can’t wait to come back and purchase their salads and sides they have packaged. Staff was professional and polite. Establishment was very clean. Was there around 2 on a Wednesday and wasn’t overwhelmed with people. If you love chicken salads highly suggest you give this a try and explore their different takes on chicken salad.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. This is what you call mac and cheese.I called the store to ask why it was brown and the lady was very nonchalant. Said it's not brown. I asked if it's seasoned and she said no. She didn't seem to care and I told her so.Never again will I spend money here.

The chicken salad is always good here. The problem is that twice now having ordered it through Doordash they have messed up my family's order. They give us the wrong sized servings and there isn't anything they can do to refund the order because you just get the smaller sized product. It's a good place to go in and order but not reliable if you order them through Doordash.

Came here a few weeks ago for a quick lunch. I wish we had a franchise in northern Virginia. I got a scoop of the cranberry Kelli, broccoli salad and the loaded potatoes soup. I love that it comes with a little cookie to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Apparently the military discount was costing too much, I find that hard to believe with food mark up cost. The military discount in now only offered on Mondays.,

Stopped in Feb 11 about 4pm. There were 2 people waiting for orders and someone at a table.No employees were at the register. However, 2 girls in the back were having a personal conversation with 2 girls at the food window.They all saw me standing there but never acknowledged me in any way. About 4 minutes later,I turned around and walked out. I don't know if I will be back. My money can be spent other places.

We ordered online and dined out, but the food was ready fast, and the staff was nice. It's seems like a great place to eat at with plenty of tables. We ordered 2 different chicken salad melt meals. One with the dixie chick and the other with Olivia's old South. The chicken salads tasted great, and the croissants were fluffy and flavorful. We choose soup as our side option; chicken tortilla and potatoe. Soups were tasty as well. Really was impressed, and I will definitely be going back. The meals were really filling, and came with a cookie. They also put butter crackers in the bag, which was nice for the chicken salad that fell off the sandwich.

I don’t like onions and to my surprise they make their classic chicken salad with no onions. I had the chicken salad on a croissant, potato soup and the broccoli salad and it was all delicious! I will definitely go back again.
I gave the food 4 stars only cause they have a very limited amount of healthy options. My mom does work here currently not for the money but so she can get food here; that's how good it is otherwise. Service is great and Atmosphere is above most but like a modern bistro.Wheelchair accessibility: 2 handicap van accessible parking.
