Skimpy on the burritos, got 2 beefy 5 layers the size of a microwave eggroll. The beans tasted like they were waterd down and there was 0 beef or nacho cheese. I also got a LG mashed potatoes and gravy that was ok, but the mashed potatoes were only half the container. For 20 dollars it was pretty pathetic.

Food tasted burnt meat & beans ehh.Napkins were scarce, I asked for more & heard someone say no this is all we have. I stood at counter and saw a hand poke out ( no face?) handed me two napkins.Drink station was filthy with spilled beverages all over floor I stuck to it with my feet.Staff was eh ok, they took my money.Not sure who takes up the first two parking spaces parking then puts a cone in third space.I won’t be back to this particular restaurant.Taco Bell/ KFC you can do much better especially if you’re charging 50.00 for medium chicken buckets.The colonel ‘s recipe isn’t that good.In good faith I can’t recommend any food from here

I ordered a grilled cheese nacho fries. It cost little over 5 dollars and I got about five pieces of steak and 13 fries this is not what it shows on the menu board. It just covered about a quarter of the box.

First how does a chicken place run out of chicken. The cashier was beyond rude and that is being nice. We kept saying hello but no answer so I drove around to the window. The cashier attempted to give me another customer order. I said I didn't order yet because no one answered that box. She said then you didn't trip the sensor. I said okay. She said we don't have any chicken. We weren't there for the chicken but the Taco Bell side. I said I want to order a Chulupa Craving box She said that I had to go back around in the line. I asked why, I just gave you my order, she said okay but you got to go back around in the line and order!! At this point I was upset that she was NOT trying to be customer friendly!!

You should seriously have no stars. Service is HORRIBLE. They did not give us our full order but charged me for ALL of the food we ordered. The staff had us wait for our food in a parking spot, did not give me my receipt and then had an attitude when they brought me our food. Your location is placed in a prime area for travelers and your staff are disgustingly rude. Haphazardly throwing food in a bag and treating customers poorly should just be automatic job loss. We had to throw away some of the food we ordered because it tasted like chemicals. That needs to be reported to the health department, you’re going to hurt someone.

Should be no stars. However, the pot pies are good.I was charged twice on my debit card. I addressed the manager about this and she wouldn't listen. Instead, she cussed at me.Buyer beware of this location. You may want to visit Popeyes.

Extremely disappointing! We have visited many KFC's; never have I ever visited one like this! We have been here before, and we had never had a problem with getting a packet of honey-mustard sauce for my granddaughter's fries. Yet, this evening, the young lady refused to give us a honey-mustard packet. She said honey-mustard packets don't come with cheese roll-ups. My granddaughter explained they were for her fries. She shook her head no. I offered to pay for it. She shook her head no. She wasn't pleasant or offered no "sorry." There was nothing pleasant at all about her demeanor. Never had this problem at any other KFC. My ticket was $22.00 and change. No honey mustard sauce?Are you kidding me? Please, someone in management should address this. A little common courtesy and customer satisfaction is greatly needed and would be appreciated.
