I've been to MCT about 4 times for lunch in the last 18 months, Robin has served the table for every visit. She is so friendly and efficient, just a joy! The food is consistently good. I like the specials. I've had the meatloaf and the liver. Yummy! The burger is really good too. Service is quick and the place is clean. Check it out.

Great place for a quiet lunch. We were just looking for a little place for a burger and fries. We stopped in and it was nice and clean. The waitress was running the bar and she came out and took our order. What a nice experience. Like having a family friend take your order and do everything. I would stop in again and grab a quick bite. Thanks!

If you're looking for downtown great food this is the place to go. I've eaten there many times and never had a bad meal, not one. This place is an unexpected dining pleasure. It is not up scale but it is down to earth friendly. You won't be disappointed.

It seems like a local bar/restaurant. We chose to eat outside. The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. It was nice that (battered) onion rings was an option for the side without an upcharge.
Ok….we had our doubts at first. Friends have recommended this place to us over the past ten years, and we have driven by it many times but never stopped. We finally visited it last week and realized what we had been missing out on. Meatloaf Monday, Taco Tuesday, Country fried streak and mash potatoes on Thursday….bottom line we loved it. Great food, a laid back atmosphere, friendly staff and patrons, along with great prices and ice cold beer. Its a wonderful Tavern or Pub that makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Our server “Summer” was an added treat and made the whole dining experience exceptional….I felt like this place reminded me of the pub “Cheers” from TV, where everyone feels welcome.

So this place is a dive, and I love dives. If you're not careful, you will pass it before you realize it. Always friendly staff, the burgers are excellent, and the beer is cheap. What more can you ask for? Pool table and jukebox, yeah, they got that.

If you didn't know it was there, you would drive right by Mill Creek Tavern and not give it a second thought. It is not very big, and while it isn't designed for families, that doesn't mean they aren't family friendly. They don't have a kids menu, but their chicken strips and fries were a hit with my youngest two. (They split them)The service was tremendous, you could tell that this place has a number of regulars, a number of gentlemen came in to play pool and they were all greeted by name. But even though we had never been there, the same kindness and service was extended to us and we felt like we could have been regulars too.The burgers were unique and fantastic, and we loved the fried cheese curds!
