The food, the atmosphere, the staff... Everything was simply amazing.. if you want a different type of environment, and a little off the wall restaurant this is definitely the place to go ? definitely worth it
Overall, experience good! Waitress was very nice & social. My food dish was a little too salty & peppery (Chicken Cordon Blue), but others I was with liked their meals. Ambience was cool, but very loud.
My family and I had a great experience for my daughters birthday. We loved the ambiance and Alice and wonderland theme. Amazing food every bit popped with flavor. Fun drink menu that matched the theme. The service was wonderful everyone was nice and complementary. Overall great experience. Thank you
We had a lovely evening at the “Hole”. Excellent service, drinks, and was surprised how fantastic the Rabbit Meatloaf tasted. First time ever having rabbit. I'm glad we found this lovely hideaway while on our trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience♥️
The salmon was excellent! It is very encouraging to see all of the Gluten Free choices, thank you. Gluten free dessert was superb. It was our first time there but it will not be the last. The chef is amazing!
I have wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time. I wasn't disappointed, in fact I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere and the food were amazing. The service was perfection. The only thing that I didn't like, is that they don't have ice tea. I've never been to a sit down restaurant that doesn't offer ice tea. I have to say, it didn't ruin my experience, but Diet Pepsi with steak, doesn't pair well.
My husband and I like to eat game and The Rabbit Hole seemed like a good fit as we researched on line and it didn't disappoint. Cute place with an inventive cocktail menu followed by items which should please everyone in a group. We shared the wedge salad with bleu cheese, bacon, nice tomatoes, apples, watermelon radish and a delicious bleu cheese dressing. I chose the duck confit with wild rice pilaf and wild mushroom Marsala and my husband had the bison short rib. We both enjoyed the presentations and would eat here again. Fun and comfortable place to enjoy a nice meal.
The ambiance was perfect. Hard to find a speakeasy type bar in the area and this spot checked all the boxes. Cute, quirky and excellent food and cocktails. Can't wait to have a reason to come back to Colorado Springs.
By far the BEST meal we've had on our visit. Started with the Whiskey Sticky Ribs- perfectly cooked & the sauce was mild in tang- but oh so flavorful! One dish of our main course was recommended by our waitress (Leah) and it did not disappoint! The Chicken Cordon Bleu was delicious & paired with potatoes & carrots. Also a perfect Angus Ribeye (cooked medium rare) Both dishes were out of this world!! Dessert was the carrot cake- the pairing of cream cheese icing to the most moist cake was the ultimate “chefs kiss” We also had cocktails, the “T party” with the exchange of grapefruit juice for pineapple was suggested and it was perfect!! If we are ever in the area, we will return!!
I am a very picky eater due to my own culinary skill. My wife and me prefer eating at home rather than going out to eat, even on our anniversary. Our experience at The Rabbit Hole was one of the best experiences we have had. The vibe of the restaurant was five stars, our waitress Hannah, was amazing, the drinks were top tier and our food was next level delicious. The bison short rib dinner was phenomenal!!!! The desserts were delicious as well! Chefs kiss!!!!!

After reading about this place, we were excited for our reservation. Unfortunately it was less than to be desired. An incredibly overpriced establishment hoping the atmosphere can justify the poor quality of drink and food. A Reservation for 8:30 PM was pushed till 8:45-8:50. Not a great first impression. The wait staff was prompt but most likely only to churn through customers as fast as possible. No more than 5 words spoken to us. “drinks?” “Food?” “Bill?” Terrible experience and we will not be coming back. Should have listened to the one star reviews.
Interesting setting and fun decor. Nice cocktails. Very loud atmosphere and a meat heavy menu with not a lot of healthy options. Portions are large. Visiting from out of town and probably wouldn't go again if we were back in Colorado Springs.
I had nothing but good things to say about this place after my first visit, but our most recent experience was lackluster. Mixed reviews on food - rabbit meatloaf and salmon were described as great by my family, but veggie sides (roasted carrots) were so undercooked they were inedible. Mac & cheese was lacking flavor and that diner had stomach issues the next day...so my guess is low quality cheese. Desserts were tasty, atmosphere is great, restaurant theme is unique. Food was pretty quick. Service was ok, but not stellar for a place with expensive entrees...poor dish clearing, stacking dishes on the table as they cleared, not filling water unless requested. Friendly staff, just not amazing. Not sure I'll recommend it as highly from now on.
I loved the food, they were pretty big portions too. The service was great and very prompt. This is one of the most expensive places I have eaten, but it's worth it for a fancy night out.
Aside from locating the entrance, everything was excellent. There were multiple items on the menu that tempted me. Four of us had four different entrées; Rabbit meatloaf was excellent, there were three large bison short ribs, the chicken cordon bleu was moist, and the duck confit was a double portion. A special shout out to our server Hannah. She was on top of things and took great care of us. A definite return to restaurant.
