I've always loved this place. Lately because they're short handed, you get short handed service....I CAN'T be negative about it, yet I know they need to try to hire more staff because nobody wants food from an angry and tired cook/chef. 😫
Ordered online and received two of four sandwiches wrong. Just prepared poorly.

I ordered a sub from here, haven’t been in a while. They’ve raised their prices and I ordered extra meat and received a rather pitiful portion

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Ordered an Italian and cheesesteak sub. Asked for no red onions and add turkey. Picked up the order, an older white man was cussing and loosing it because he was so overwhelmed with orders. Very rude and cussed at my partner. The Italian sub was loaded with pepper and oregano. Tons of red onions and no turkey, which I paid extra for. Will never go back.

My wife & I stopped by 6/29/25 around 3:15 pm from placing our orders on was a nightmare, the guy told my wife what she could or couldn’t eat, had an attitude, if you ask a question it was like you should been shot for it, it was like a scene out of Seinfeld! I go to get the straws the stand was so sticky it was crazy, I go back to my seat my wife was ready to leave everything, the girls long hair was flopping everywhere & went into another customers food. We got our food it was toasted, we didn’t order toasted, now I would understand if they didn’t speak English but they did. The cooler that use to hold the meats, no meats
I haven't been in this place for a couple of years. The gentleman wasn't very welcoming. The basket they served the food in was very sticky, like it hasn't been washed in months. Also, my kids needed to use the restroom, it looked like the restroom hadn't been touched in months. Never going back

They put a pound of mayo on my Philly and barely any meat. All I tasted was mayo and bread, the flavor was ok not the best at all, very overhyped.
I have not been to Penn Station in several years. I was craving their cheesesteak so I stopped in. Let me tell you Justin was awesome! He made sure I had everything I wanted on my sub, fried my french fries perfectly and called me by name to confirm any extras to add. Young man needs a raise!
Thanks Justin and I did have a good day after consuming the delicious sub you created for me.
Pricey, but hoagies are good. I asked for a cold sub, and wasn't expecting the bread to be toasted, so a crunchy hoagie roll with cold meat and cheese wasn't really what I wanted. Being from Pennsylvania, the bread should be sot & fresh, not toasted. I would've asked had I known, but this was our first time here. My husband enjoyed his hot Italian hoagie.

Love the artichokes sub
Great food and customer service!!!
This young man (Kameron) I believe his name is, tall dark hair, lighter toned skin has the nastiest attitude I have ever experienced in the food industry , he was not put together and all over the place ; the food was ok but the service alone was horrible and I won’t be back because of him and that attitude towards me, I use to love penn station but it has really went down hill, and unfortunately I won’t be back . AVOID
21 dollars for this large steak and cheese sub!!!!!!
Are you kidding me!!!!! This is criminal, seriously!!!
Well that was the sub, richmond va on west broad street.
They ran out of provolone on my doordash order and instead of just substituting or not using cheese, they added ghost pepper cheese to both of my subs….
