Craving for a Indian Falooda. It's a to go place. They also server you snack ? but didn't get a chance to taste them. We tried out 3 to 4 Falooda, all turned out to be good.4 ⭐ because , there was only one guy serving and a big queue. He closed down the Restaurant 30 min early to accommodate the people in the queue. A request to the owner, please get some employees when it's on weekend Or atleast a helping hand.

I am not a sweet fan at all, had visited it for the first time and it was worth it. The interiors were top notch , beautiful though!Customer service was impressive the guy was very welcoming.Few flavors especially the ice cream were pretty good PAN MASALA the one which i tried was good probably only pan lovers would like it though. Second flavor was fig walnut which was picked for my sister she loved it ?. Got some rose falooda and mango falooda as well. I would recommend these 2 faloodas , 2 ice creams and if you aren’t a fan of falooda do checkout their ice cream flavors which add a touch of indian flavors.

I went in today for a mini falooda. The ice cream portion was a teaspoon. I told the guy on the counter whose in general body language is extremely rude the same and i literally got a rebuke that its two half scoops. A joke! This store has gone down the drains over the years and they are doing everything in their capacity to see that they fold up soon! Talk about self harming business strategy

After seeing this place pop up on every dessert search I did online and looking at their menu I had been wanting to come by for months-only to be so sadly disappointed in every way possible. A group of 7 of us came by here after dinner thinking that they may have better dessert options than the restaurant we were at -wrong. Having grown up in India there were certain ice creams flavors that I was really excited to be able to enjoy again- casatta, tuttie fruity, chikkoo etc.. the gulab jamun sundae sounded interesting, the variety of falooda options really tickled our fancy-- however the entire ice cream shop is absolutely filthy! dust bunnies all along the walls, the tables were sticky, the bathroom wreaked of piss and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks! They had sample spoons set up on top of the display but told us they weren't doing samples, the group that came in after us did get to try samples so not sure what that was about. We ordered a variety of ice creams cones, faloodas, sundaes and a slice of the kulfi- the portions are incredibly small for the price, and most of the ice cream flavors seemed to have freezer burn and weird after taste, the kulfi tasted like it had gone rancid and the texture was gelatinous..how?? The fridge was stocked with slices of casatta and kulfi ice cream, each slice wrapped in parchment paper and then just placed in large aluminum trays, customers are welcome to just help themselves to the slices by sticking their hand in the fridge. There are no gloves or spoons provided to pickup the slices of ice cream-which pandemic or not seems incredibly unhygienic. Will definitely not be coming back, and given the state of the shop I'm pretty sure the health dept will shut it down before we even had a chance to come back anyways.

First time trying the mango flavored falooda. I liked the ice cream and the nuts. Could have done without the noodles and the jelly, but that is part of the dish. Next time I'll just get regular ice cream ?

I kept driving by this place its like a block from my house, I'm new to town. I decided to stop, love that they had a great variety, it was very clean, sadly I wasn't familiar with most ingredients so I ask to try before I buy and was told no try outs, it's ok so I went for vanilla figure if there where no try outs I might end up buying something I don't like and throwing it out. Vanilla was very flavorful but for price and portion it's a place I won't be coming back to. Wish the best to your business if you ever change the policy let us know... I included a photo that is small it will cost you about $3.60

I have been here a few times before and came again today. I went with my daughter to the counter and we were waiting for 10 minutes before the guy acknowledged us. We ordered one falooda and 3 scoops of ice cream. The ice cream cup had a wooden stick and I asked for a plastic spoon which was visible on the counter. The guy at the counter was very rude and said that I need to pay additional for a plastic spoon. I get it that Indian ice cream is expensive, but charging for a plastic spoon shows total disregard for customer service. Please educate the staff on customer service.

I have been to this place before when it initially opened and it was good of course because they had just opened. I went in here today at around 7pm and the place was empty. Went with the intention of having a matka kulfi but they didn't have any and we're only selling slices. Apparently sliced kulfi is more expensive than the matka kulfi. It seems over priced at this point quality wise and portion size wise as well. They don't do ice cream samples either so you have no idea what some of the flavors taste like. Finally I just ordered two faloodas which were not that great compared to others I have eaten in the past. I wouldn't spend money here anymore. I am sure there are other places similar to this that offer quality desserts. The person who was at the counter was on the phone and wasn't wearing any gloves. Maybe try to wash hands after being on the phone and be a bit professional.

This place is a hidden gem that my husband found while on the hunt to satisfy a pregnancy craving of mine. My craving was fulfilled by this amazing falooda. Dessert lounge has many different items and I hope to try more out! The restaurant is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, making it easily accessible.

Don't be fooled by the pics of food - the actual portions are less than half of what you see. Paid for double scoop ice creams and the two 1/4 scoops they gave me was exactly 2 mouthfuls. Save your money. These guys are crooks.

Seriously- Disgusting store, not sure what the hell the store person was thinking. So rude to all customer, he was not wearing safety gloves while serving, not wearing safety hat. He was half sleep and seems like came out of bed directly.

Clearly nobody greeting you when you walk in. Took about a few minutes for the employee to come out to tend to customers. He told my friends to make it quick....It's our first time here; rude much? Place smelled disgusting. He also was on the phone talking to somebody as well. So not professional. Definitely never coming back here again. 0/5 stars if I could.

Kwality and Falooda flooded me with childhood memories and made me walk past the door of this new place ignoring the large spool of a sloshed Falooda by the door side near the entry door. The variety of the ice creams deserves a star and the quality one more. A disgruntled server who was not willing to answer questions or help with tasting spoiled the evening and took away the two stars our of the 3 missing the review. What killed the fifth? Ambience. Unclean tables, shoddy unprofessional decor even though a lot of nascent effort has gone into the same. As much as I would like to have a moonlight pan ice cream or drown in a chikoo falooda, the attitude that translates into unwelcome service will make me avoid this place.

The faloodas are the best and during summer we visited the place atleast once a week! slightly on the higher side in pricing but worth it. Their ice cream flavors are great abs reminds me of India. Love the rose, paan flavors. The mango and original kulfi is great as well. My family likes their panneer frankie as well.

Best place for Paan ice cream. Try the Paan ice cream separately or the Falooda (Small/Medium/Large) with paan ice cream scoops in it.
