I placed a mobile order and it was ready very quickly. The lady working there pushing the cart with a tote of dirty water was very nice. The customer walking in as I was leaving was such a gentleman to open the door for me when I was leaving with my food. I tried the turkey chili for the first time and it was delicious! I need to get it again. The smoked turkey bacon sandwich was huge! I added onion, cilantro and basil. Too much turkey meat for me! ? I'm waiting for my dog to help me eat it. Shes not interested right now. Maybe later?? I just noticed that the chips are missing. Oh well. The mango smoothie is very good as expected.

We have been coming to this nice place. Renewed in 2023. Now feels better to hang out. Team is working hard here. Team leader Serdar is such an amazing guy. There is a low chance that you can have conversations with general managers, but he is totally different. He corrected our order and takes care of everything that we need. Happy to be here almost all the time

They are too slow, it is assumed that one orders an order over the phone and it will not take more than 25 minutes andfor a salad wait 30 minutes

This Panera has a good atmosphere for lunch and conversation. The food was good as always. Chicken noodle soup is my favorite!

Please offer butter with the bread! Didn't see it on the kiosk. I don't dunk bread in soup! Does that make me a bad person? ?

I placed a delivery order and my pick two- salad came with the wrong dressing. I called the store and the manager solved the problem immediately, she was polite and quick. Sent a driver out with "regular" sized salad and some goodies! Thank you !!!

staff eating in the front of the customers, using ear buds to listen to Misic-- the customers can hear as well, but not hearing anything considering their job .!!!!!! Very poor hygiene on making the food , and absolute no-good service .. waiting on the line while the Casher is texting on its phone ,people in their PJ serving food to me .UGH the place is dirty even after a intioal face lift thats worst then the original place ... carpet is wet and moldy the place reaks ..is dirty tables day and night .Soup is good ...sandwiches you need to be careful ..depend on who makes it .the management don't give to much ...F as they don't work as hard as they should ...they are on salary and bonuses, so they don't f=gives fly .

can't find words HORRIFIC meat was less then even an ounce way to hot on the outside and frozen to the core inside . soup was at burning point staff on the phone ..and chowing down food , the manager actually was playing video games on his phone inside ...and care less whats going on .

I am a member of their unlimited Sip club and it's been great! Although it does not include their smoothies or specialty lattes/drinks, you can get unlimited coffee/hot tea/iced tea and their fountain drinks every 2 hours and only pay about 12 bucks a month. Look out for the deals they offer where you can try out the sip club for 3 months free or at a discounted rate. Im hooked.
