My son wanted Subway for lunch. We stopped in and there were 3 people inside 2 of which had no masks, including the employee behind the counter. As we approached the counter, she walked behind the side door to what I thought was put on a mask. She came back with gloves on and no mask then put her hat on with her gloves still on, playing with her hair. Then she decided to take our order...with no mask and the gloves she just touched her hair with. The other gentleman in the building had a Subway name tag and no mask either, I'm assuming the manager. We politely told her we were going to go somewhere else. Due to the lack of proper food handling we won't be visiting another Subway for a very long time.

Spare yourselves and never come here!! I've seen workers clean their nose and touch food right after - absolutely gross. I got the stomach bug the same night I ate there. The "manager" or whoever acts like they own the place, is a rude, entitled, egotistical man who dismissed my complaints.

Subway is a Saviour for Vegetarians in Place like Reston. Small place but when you are staying there for a month in a hotel, Subway helps with your food craving.

Make it easy for the customer - ABSOLUTELY NOT! Experience - ordered $200 worth of subs for a High School Sports Team, online for pickup. Wanted to ensure that the purchase was applied to my Rewards Account (supposedly done automatically). When it didn't show up, I inquired on line and was promptly notified (only time during this whole ordeal)- "you need to go directly to the store with the receipt." Went to the Store (Herndon) - "oh no, you need to work with on-line services..." Asked for a manager and was given a cell phone (a remote manager?!). She reiterated "On-line" handles this situation and I said, "au contraire." Then I was given a District Manager's phone # to call who also said, "ONLINE SERVICES!!" After expressing my deep concerns with the lack of customer across the Subway Enterprise - he said he would check into it. After 12 days of radio silence, I pinged him again (threatening this review) only to get a picture of handwritten instructions on how to enter a "Token Request Form." Embarking on the latest journey. I was stonewalled again because none of the numbers from the e-receipt matched the required form fields. So, while I'm sure that I expended a truck-load more resources and time than the $200 worth of "points" would equal - the whole experience seemed a tad more onerous than a 4-tooth extraction with root canal. And since a Rewards Program should be easy and Subway's culture of the "customer is rarely right" I can only surmise this organization and store must only provide the lowest level of care for everything they do. So, Herndon Store and Subway Corporate - Enjoy my $200, because that's the last you'll see from me.
