We stopped at the Subway on Main St in Hot Springs for a quick bite. The counter girl was very polite and served us a great Protein Bowl. It is very small but a good place to stop.

Staff was on a break upon arrival. They quickly entered the store in preparation to take our orders. Store was clean. Subs were prepared to order. Staff even checked on us as we were eating to make sure that all was ok. I will return again when back in the area.

Stopped in and should have walked out. Should be consistent with any other Subway but the sandwich was off. Threw it out.

This is the only inexpensive restaurant in town. We stopped here on our way through Hot Springs for an easy lunch. Our sandwiches were very good and the service was friendly & efficient. My only complaint was the restroom--it needed a thorough cleaning!

Well thank you guys! Idk what else to say. I somehow left my credit card behind and they had it waiting for me when I got back the next day. On top of that they let me have a free cup of coffee. Great people, awesome, friendly service. We will be back!

Local website, Subway corporate website, AND sign on front door all say the store is open until 8pm 7 days a week. I go in at 7:40 and am told that the subway is closed and they are only accepting cash. If this is gonna be the way it works every day, maybe signage on door should be redone to reflect this. Also, letting Subway corporate know that the hours aren’t until 8pm might be a smart move too. Very disappointed
