Amazing local beer! My wife and I stopped in after a hike and tried a variety of craft beer. Every last beer was fantastic and I was a huge fan of the double IPA. Highly recommend this brewery. Our only regret was not trying the barbecue chicken pizza, it looked and smelled incredible. Prices were very reasonable as well. Check this place out!

Extremely impressed with the quality of the beers I had (double IPA, Belgian, hefeweisen, and red ale). Owned by a sweet family who was so kind to us and extremely knowledgeable about craft beer. $1 wings too! Will definitely be back soon!

This is the best kept secret in Nelson County! Not only is the beer well crafted and delicious but the food is phenomenal, too! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Went in on a whim and ended up trying all the beers. We both enjoyed every beer including IPAs and stouts which we normally wouldn't have ordered. Great atmosphere for a family!

My husband and I have been coming to Nelson county for years and decided to go to some places we haven’t been before. We were so impressed by Outback and even thought they had some of the best beers we had all weekend. Highly recommend getting a mini pour of all the beers as we liked some that we generally wouldn’t order. We especially loved their holiday beer. We will definitely be back!

Awesome visit! The owners are very nice and welcoming. Good local beer choices. Food available (Pizza, bbq sandwich, and more). Amazing fried pickles and sauce. Free popcorn while you wait. Kept very clean and orderly. Glad to have a brewery closer in. I look forward to coming back!

Great spot just outside of the Town of Lovingston. The brew was super tasty. I had the Honey Bludger and enjoyed every gulp. :-) Also, Outback has a food truck serving pizza and was told by customers I was chatting with that it's pretty darn tasty. You can sit outside as well indulging in conversation over the firepit or just sitting around visiting with friends or family. Open only Friday thru Sunday, I recommend you take a weekend drive on over, but please drink responsibly. :-) Cheers!!

Spent the weekend exploring the wineries and breweries of Nelson County and just happened to notice this brand new one right on Rt. 29, just south of Lovingston. STOP IN and visit this one! We greatly enjoyed the different beers and chatting with the owner, his son, and other patrons. I would definitely like to come back here someday, especially after hearing the future plans for the place!

Great beer, great variety, and friendly staff. I have my go-to beers at Blue Mountain and Devil's Backbone, but Outback had so many great options it'll be hard to choose a favorite.

Excellent experience. The kids loved the popcorn and adults enjoyed excellent selection of beer that suited everyone's tastes. My personal favorite was #12 the IPA.

What a great stop!! Friendly bartender, great beers that are well-created and not overly carbonated. Peanuts or popcorn served with slights. I am so glad we stopped and would recommend this place to all our brewery-loving friends!

Really enjoyed meeting the owner and learning why the place was named Outback and Australia themed. Beer was very nice. Not a bad one in the bunch. I'll definitely be back.
