Hands down best service I've ever had at a taco bell, I was running late on my way home and I knew it'd be too late by the time I got home so I stopped by to make a large order (four peoples orders lol) and Ella was on top of it! no wait, no hassle just top quality service!

I would post a star review for food, but I didn't get any. Walking into the place I was met by the argument of two employees bickering over "who has to get the next customer" mind you I was the only one in line. After a few minutes awkwardly waiting for a decision it was clear no one there is interested in taking orders.

Sitting here for 20 mins in drive through and waiting for a small drink and one burrito. There are no customers!! And then they got the order wrong. Wow.

They wouldn’t even come to the counter. What I wanted was on the menu above the counter but not on the menu you could order from yourself. The drive thru service might be great but they didn’t even bother. The person at the drive thru stood at the drive thru (with no one in it) and played on their phone. There was another person in the back sitting on the floor, also on their phone. But they stayed in back even though no one was in the drive thru. I’m not going to spend money at a place that doesn’t care if they have my business or not.

Horrible service. Employees sat on their phones and wouldn’t even come to the counter. Kiosk menu didn’t match the menu above the counter. This was 4:30pm on 2september. The drive thru girl was on her phone and one of the girls making the food was sitting on a box on her phone. Only one girl was actually doing anything

This is a pretty nice taco bell. Fresh ingredients even at open. The service is quick, but they still apologize for a wait. They have a new birra taco that is really really good!

The on shift lead was great. Very respectful but the cooks and other worker. Had a bad attitude towards customers. They obviously didn’t care about anyone. I recommend training or hiring workers that actually care.
