Three cars in front of me in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes to get to the window after I ordered. All 3 cars in front of me got parked because their order wasn’t ready. All I ordered was a simple combo. I asked the girl at window if my order was ready before I gave her my card and she said it was ready. After she gives me my card back and my drink she said to pull over while they finish the order. It is bad enough this store constantly screws up orders, but I don’t appreciate being lied to when I asked if the order was ready. Will never, ever go back to this store again. Avoid this place. Plenty of other places in Collinsville and Martinsville.

Usually Bojangles in Martinsville forgets my biscuit. Well today they remembered my biscuit but they forgot my fries that I paid $2.69 for. C'mon man!!!!! And by the way, did someone eat half my coleslaw? Cause it wasn't even half full. Y'all suck. Good service, but y'all gotta do better than that. I realize y'all are human, and a mistake every now and then is understandable, but y'all forget stuff every time. I guess I'll forget to eat there.

I love the boberry biscuits here & the other food is great also.Dietary restrictions: Bojangles isn't as bad as most places that use grease on my chrones afflicted gut..so I prefer Bojangles over Hardee's.

The past few times I have been to this Bojangles I have to pull to the side and wait for 15-20 minutes on my supremes. Last time I had to go in and ask for my food after waiting 20 minutes and watching them serve several people behind me in the drive thru line, and they had it sitting on the counter. When I got home the box had no chicken in it. Really dissatisfied with the wait time and incorrect order.
