I felt the Hala guy's store in DC Tyson Corner is much better than the New York street side. The price is the same but the entire food and white sauce is fresh. In New York they are providing white sauce in packets, in DC it is fresh.
Your solid neighborhood Halal Guys! The service here is really good, and I definitely recommend this place if your looking for Halal food in the mall.I would not recommend getting the falafel if you are not vegetarian. The falafel at the Falafel place next door is sooo much better, and they only give you 3 falafels with my half chicken half falafel order. I thought the platter was really good. I had gyro meat and falafel on a bed of tasty rice lettuce and tomatoes. I added onions, bell pepper and olives and they topped it with a flavorful white sauce. The falafel was great, it had very good flavor and not dry at all. The employees were nice as well. The atmosphere earned a 3 star because well, it is in a mall after all.
