We went to the Easter Brunch on Saturday and I was extremely disappointed. To call it a “brunch” was ridiculous. I have seen more food options at a motel breakfast than was available at this “brunch”. Scrambled eggs, bacon, French toast, a small plate of fruit and corn bread, that was it for $35/person. The food was also not good. Also, no server served us drinks you had to get your own and they didn’t clear the plates when we were finished eating. Not sure what my required tip went to. My daughter enjoyed the face painting and egg hunt, but otherwise, it was a bad experience. I will not be recommending this brunch to anyone, nor will I be going back again.

The food is absolutely delicious!!!! The corn bread they serve is out of this world. My filet mignon was tender, perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant. ❤️

Good food and menu selection. Had the short rib special which was good and filling, root vegetables were excellent and lots of mashed potatoes to go along with the dish. Would definitely like to go back next time in I’m in town to try the steaks. Also really enjoyed the beet and goat cheese salad as an appetizer. Gluten free options are available.

I’ve been several times to this Wildfire for corporate dinners and it never disappoints. Excellent service staff who can handle large groups really well, and they do an amazing job getting food out quickly to large parties.Their steaks are incredible- my filet was perfectly cooked with wonderful flavor. The chopped salad is also excellent.Definitely worth the visit if looking for a great meal in the area.

Truly awful food! The “baked Mac and cheese” came at an up charge and was undoubtedly velveeta. Broccoli was likely microwaved with some boil in a bag sauce slopped over it. Think green giant in your freezer section... my $56 porterhouse had a half inch deep slit the ENTIRE length of the strip side, presumably to check the cook temp... which was well under the medium rare I ordered and plated facing down hoping that no one would see. I'll prefer to spend my money at a restaurant where premium prices are backed up by people actually understanding how to perform basic kitchen operations with food that isn't microwaveable from a freezer section.

Place doesn't match the price point and quality of Galleria. Filet medallion crusts were so salty I had to totally wipe them off the filet. Side of broccoli came out cold. Asked for steak sauce, and it took over 5 minutes to get a bottle A1 brought out.

Unfortunately, this visit wasn't my favorite. There was a party of about 6 or 7 ladies seated by our table that insisted on being loud. Due to that incident, we ended the time there earlier than planned

Good for business meeting not a family celebration. Service was cold and not welcoming they have a very good steak but poor presentation

Hi Clay We shared the gargantuan 22 oz prime rib with creamy creamed spinach and delectable au gratin potatoes. The cornbread was fresh and hot and not rubbery as it has been in the past. One misstep, which is common when dining here and elsewhere, is the failure of the waitstaff to revisit on occasion to see if one needs a refill for their drinks. Not once were we asked if we wanted to have our drink refreshened. Secondly, the creamed horseradish for the prime rib had a watery consistency, was diminutive in portion size (1-2 tablespoons) and lacked a punch. Note: if you're going to offer different sizes of prime rib, offer portions of the horse radish sauce to correspond with the prime rib order size. We had to request more sauce 3 times. Wildfire does have a great menu, and it's an enjoyable restaurant, but it's not perfect. We still love coming here.

Very good restaurant just a short walk outside from the Ritz. Service good, attentive and fast. Selections good. House label Cabernet was good. We only had basic items - burger and ribs. I would come back.
