The middle aged lady that works here is great! She’s helpful and knowledgeable. But dear God, the guy with the long braided hair is ridiculously loud and overbearing. Asked the lady a few questions while homie was nearby and he interrupted EVERY time and nearly yelled while responding to my questions that were not even directed to him. It was borderline hidden camera type stuff. Dude behaves like he’s on the cell-block. Not a state run store. Goodness H.R. department at VA ABC! Get it together!I feel for the other employees. Won’t be returning.

I understand the pride that this tiny town has in having a big beautiful store in which there is a great variety of alcohol to purchase. But what's more important is having such a wonderful store open past 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night so I can purchase alcohol.

James and Sharon were very helpful and friendly. Lots of product knowledge when you are not sure what you are looking for. Even offered to try to ask the manager to order in hard to find items. Very pleasant experience.

It was OK but the store clerk tried to tell a couple that came together that he could only sell them one bottle of Buffalo Trace because they were together but I pointed out to him that was wrong because the website says " One bottle per person per day", ABC staff try to make up thier own rules and don't follow the regulations as they are written down. I tell people to call Richmond and file a complaint like I do.
