This is a nice place and atmosphere. The food is good but a to go order is not the same amount of food as the dine in option. I also had a problem eating in and doing a to go order as well. They did not want to do a to go order for a party of 16. I was told it was too many orders. This did not make since. It took forever to get this straight.

I enjoy this restaurant. It's always a great experience. Their adult beverages are really good, too. I always eat on the grill side. I love the show of the hibachi. It's always good time.

Ordered the filet mignon teriyaki. The filet mignon was nothing but a fat nasty piece of meat I couldn’t even cut through. I showed the manager and he acted like it was perfect. AVOID.

The service has went downhill and like everywhere else prices went up. I went in to place a to go order was told it’ll be an hour wait and the young lady at the counter wouldn’t take my order she ignored us for 30mins, my son was sick and I told her that’s the only reason we couldn’t stay and was told I had to pay 20% gratuity bc it’s to go order or sit at the table and get others sick, after 30 mins I decided to leave, I come here all the time and the service gets worse and worse, I won’t be back I’ll have to find a new hibachi place, I spend good money here for my son and I to eat, never again.

If you enjoy assembling IKEA furniture - that’s how you will feel when you have to build your own Hibachi dinner…all packaged separately! And if you enjoy medium-cooked steak - CONGRATS! Your steak is practically still BLINKING it’s so rare that my husband (who eats steak rare) was grossed out.Microwaving and building my dinner… waste of time and money. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Oh - AND THE PORTIONS of my ikea dinner ARE SMALLER THAN LUNCH? How? Why? Certainly paid more for less.(Note: in seriousness - husband and I are PISSED!!! He ate here for lunch and LOVED it so he decided to get their take out on his way home for our dinner…and this is what happened)won’t try that again
