So, yes, I'm a fan of the green stuff. I'm never impressed with a salad I make at home, but there's always something way better about a salad someone else makes. I chose the bbq chicken full salad, whilst my husband chose the wild salmon. I will say that it was a bit expensive for how little chicken I got, so that was a bit of a disappointment, but I did enjoy the salad - the tortilla chips were a little salty though! Met the owner and he is a wonderful person. The food here is great! I'm in from out of town but will be here to eat several times this week. I had a chicken Italiano panini My friend had the spicy southwestern panini.

My experience was PHENOMENAL!!! I was greeted by the owner who was extremely personable and attentive to detail and my satisfaction as a customer. I ordered a premium Derby Chicken Cobb salad and a chicken wild rice soup which was absolutely DELICIOUS!! The environment was extremely clean, airy and pleasant. What a wonderful establishment! Kudos to Salad Creations!!!
