Another place that holds pretend raffles while backdooring stock to friends of employees. All these local shops need to be boycotted because they definitely don't care about the locals but were quick to beg for help during covid.

So, I used to skate as a teenager. Not well and not very long, so I wanted to take a shot at it again. Well my boyfriend offered to buy me a board and I was gonna order one because I know NOTHING about it and I was nervous. But being eager to start we found this gem and went. This place is amazing. The staff are super laid back and very helpful. I got an amazing board and lots of help with what direction i wanna take with my skating. It really made me even more excited after leaving. I'll be coming here as long as I'm in Virginia for skating stuff.

This is a dope spot which will more than accommodate your skateboarding needs. Cardinal is owned by Jason Hawkes and his shop offers clothing, decks, trucks, wheels, and anything else associated with skateboarding. And an added bonus is the indoor ramp - that alone is awesome. What I especially like is the service - everyone working there is friendly and helpful, and all of them represent the laid back vibe I've always found instilled within members of skating community. I came in on 2/25/2020 to enter my name into a raffle for a pair of highly sought-after shoes. Jason was on his tablet and he was entering in anyone interested in the raffle. He was friendly and efficient and cared enough to wish me luck. It's worth mentioning that Cardinal's setup is slick. Hanging above the sales counter is a wall of decks, and to the right of that is their shoe section. The rest of the store is full of clothes that'd I'd love to just look at and admire. And around back is the ramp. This is an excellent retailer and it's another local spot that needs to be supported. Whenever they drop any awesome shoes, clothes, and whatever, I'll be by to purchase! I really dig the vibe when walking into Cardinal. The employee there was super helpful with the millions of questions I had asked him. He took the time out to stop what he was doing to assist me and it was much appreciated. I was pleased by how the store was laid out, and easy to maneuver through. The only thing I didn't like was that most of the items I looked at didn't have prices on them, and I felt bad to keep asking how much things were. What really caught my attention was the dip stereo system they have behind the counter with a vintage record player. I'm dying to have a setup like that one day haha. I recommend when supporting your locals, stop by this skate shop, you won't be disappointed.

Went here on sat Jan 26 and received two unauthorized charges for over $30 have tried reaching out to the business . However their page is down along with no known phone number listed . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !

It would be a good place to enjoy if they had a drink list with the prices because the drinks are high as hell and it's not worth it. The Watriess quoted one price but charged another. Also 8 drummettes for $10 and no fries and how can you see the menu in the dark.

Went on a Thursday night and there was plenty of seating...tables and chairs. Wings were fresh and very good!!! Music was okay, but not dance all night mix. It wasn't smoky even with people smoking hookah. Attire was casual...I loved the diversity. A place where you can be yourself. If you're 25+ you might feel a little old, but the food is great.
