I go here regularly for my 5 year old son everyday at 745 Newtown rd. Virginia Beach location. The price for cheese burger might be a Lil high but I go here because the staff are so friendly , nice, and act professionaly. Customer service here is outstanding. The employee name is Ms. Sherelle., she a very kind woman always has a smile. I can't name the rest of the employees by name is because I only go thru the drive thru . Thank you so much.

Night staff is very unprofessional . I want to say to my young black women we’ve got to do better . Always conduct yourself in a manner in which you’ll be rewarded . Yall had EarPods in and couldn’t get my order right and I’m HIGHLY disappointed .

Go here all the time for lunch since starting a new job out here. Staff is always friendly and out going. I usually order the same thing without fail, a quarter pounder and Dr Pepper. Most of the time I have to wait for my burger because there is never any ready but I wait no longer than 5 mins and it is always the best McDonald’s burger I’ve ever had. Tristan is the only one I know by name and seems to always be working yet is so sweet everytime. 10/10 for this location.
Employees and management here are rude! No one speaks to you they just converse with themselves! Food is always cold or you get part of your order! When you say something about the issues they all act like your being an inconvenience to their gossiping time!

Just had the worst experience ever at a McDonald's. I am expecting less than perfect service when going to McDonald's, but this one. Employees playing on their phones, 6 plus cars in line. They handed me a old hamburger after waiting more than 5 minutes and when I handed it back for them to change it they handed me back the same burger. They will receive my wrath when I get a hold of the manager. A special shout put to the employee working the drive thru window. She was the ONLY person "working".

Went here and spent over 25$, when I paid for my food the cashier pocketed my receipt and gave me a reprint, I went to the next window to get my food and asked the young lady for a copy of my receipt so that I’d be able to claim my points, she immediately went to the manager and told her I wanted my receipt and the manager told me no.. I believe the employees at this location are pocketing customers receipts and claiming their points so that they’d be able to get free food
