Today was a great experience.. I went thru drive thru at 535pm. The lady that greeted us was soooo friendly , helpful, respectful and kind. The folks making the food did a wonderful job. Burritos, melts and nachos were full of ingredients. The combo of staff made tonight's dinner perfect... Heck of a job crew...

Attempted to place an order at this location, it got cancelled due to not having having a menu item. I would’ve been fine with a substitute however they decided to cancel the order altogether. I attempted to call the establishment to attempt to rectify the order and I was promptly hung up on. I love Taco Bell and empathize with anyone in the food industry but this is inexcusable.

The woman working the window tonight was extremely rude. After waiting 20 minutes for my order, she didn’t communicate the total of my order properly and then she gave me a hard time for wanting to change it at the window. I will not be returning. Keisha needs learn how to be a little nicer if she is going to work in customer service.

Store says that it's open when in reality it isn't. Sat in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes then when I tried to go inside the door was locked. An employee walks out with a bag of food for another customer that is parked waiting so I asked if they're open. He asks if I ordered door dash. No. Then they aren't open yet. It is nearly 9am. Now I have no time to stop somewhere else. Thanks for yet another disappointing visit taco bell.

If you want a hot fresh taco. Please, please.... Don't come to this location. I ordered 2 orders of 3 locos hard taco supremes. One for my lady and myself. I ended up with 6 soggy and cold "hard shell locos supremes" The best part of the meal was the sweet tea. We called and explained to them what happened and they said to bring It back. Ok we did, but I wanted two orders of cinnamon twists for our troubles of having to waste gas money to come back when they could have gotten it right the first time. I spoke with store general manager Sequoia Anderson and explained to her that I was four minutes away, and there was no reason why those tacos should have been soggy. And I simply wanted two orders of cinnamon twists for me and my lady for the two meals we ordered. Although she gave us one order of cinnamon twists. She was very rude and on the line of being disrespectful. But wait there's more. After getting home 4 minutes later. We opened up the bag to get hard tacos not soggy at all but were cool. Getting fresh and hot is impossible at this location. And if they get your order wrong don't expect to get too much satisfaction. And the GM needs a refresher class customer service.

Typically good experience. Hours 10am - 10pm except when restocking, lobby was shut down to only do some mobile orders.Don't disagree there needs to be time for restocking. Disappointed that there's no signage saying ordering methods aren't available.
