Went twice while in VA. Food was horrible Both times and service was awful. Nobody nice there at all. Glad to be away from this state. Seems like all business personnel are rude and have no manners

Employees moving very slow, nonchalant. I thought I was in a matrix. The food I ordered was nasty and hardly had any meat. I WON'T BE GOING THERE ANYMORE. I DONT HAVE MONEY TO WASTE I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with the food I received. I couldn't get a receipt either.

The eat in service wasn't able to take a credit card. To eat inside I would have to go back to my car....go through the drive through then park again and go back inside with my food. Not sure why they couldn't just run my card at the drive through register. Instead I choose the restaurant across the street.

This particular Taco Bell has never given me problems with food or customer service. There's a slight delay during club after hours at times but for the most part they have speedy service and great customer interaction.
Food was made super quick and they did not skimp out on ANYTHING! Definitely coming

Wed Sept 27th at 2:30AM drive thruWoman with birth defected eye was so mean to us and we were nothing but kind and respectful to her. Everyone else was pleasant but she was not.She also took a long time passing food to me. She kept it for awhile then handed it when she was ready (FOOD WAS COLD). She made a mess with the drinks due to sloppy pouring.I will avoid this location during the night shift if I were you...

Because my order is messed up and the employees rather run around the store chasing each other playing and the inside is closed I have now been sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with the line not moving AT ALL and they don’t even give you your receipt.

The food was delicious. I went for lunch and got one of the combos. My only complaint is that you have to order on the app or on the terminal in the store - the staff will not ring up your order.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking at the front door.
