Go inside because I need to use the bathroom. Decide to order inside and the lady says that I have to use the kiosk. I tell her that I have issues with the kiosk to which she replies that I can't order then and offers no other alternative.Maybe I should consider ADA issues?

Make sure you check the food in the bag and then make sure you unwrap all the food to make sure it’s correct. 9/10 times it will not be, the only thing consistent with this place is they will never get the order right.

For the prices being charged by this establishment, which have skyrocketed by 250% compared to 2019 due to pandemic price gouging, I must say I am no longer inclined to spend my hard-earned $35 on food at Taco Bell. It's disheartening to witness such a significant increase in prices, especially in a time when people are already facing financial strains.When I think about a dining experience that offers good value for money, Taco Bell used to come to mind. However, with the recent price hikes, it feels as though they have lost touch with the needs and expectations of their customers. While I understand that businesses have their own challenges to navigate, expecting patrons to pay such exorbitant prices seems unreasonable.Instead, I have decided to explore other options. IHOP, for instance, has always had a reputation for affordable and satisfying meals. Their vast menu, including breakfast favorites, lunch classics, and delectable dinner options, offers something for everyone. Their couples dining deal, with two full meals and appetizers, is not only appealing but also provides great value.With IHOP, I can enjoy a wide selection of dishes, from their fluffy pancakes and omelettes to their mouthwatering burgers and steaks, all at a reasonable price. Plus, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service further enhance the overall dining experience.By choosing IHOP over Taco Bell, I feel confident that I am making a wise decision for my taste buds and my wallet. Their commitment to providing quality food at affordable prices is commendable, especially in these challenging times.So, if I am going to spend my $35 on a satisfying meal, it won't be at Taco Bell. Instead, I'll gladly head to IHOP for their delicious offerings and reasonable prices.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The crew has terrible manners. Another guy cane inside to complain to the manager about their cussing and he said he cared but clearly he doesn't. The language is terrible and the girl back there needs to be fired, you can't correct that behavior that starts at home. Who even tolerates this behavior? Where is the owner ?

Female was super rude to myself and other patrons trying to get food. Saw multiple people standing outside and instead of letting us know that we have to go through the drive thru for a pick up order sat there and saw us not to even acknowledge us and simply inform us what we needed to do to get our order. On top of that argued instead of clarifying anything.
