Cannot count how much $ I’ve wasted on inedible food here. When I order “no sour cream”, there’s usually 2x the sour cream. When I ask for “Fire and Diablo sauce”, I get everything but those two. It beginning to look intentional to get something wrong EVERY single time we go.

I was deeply offended today when i went to the ocean view taco bell. I ordered two tacos and I handed the counter person a 20, he takes my 20 and goes in the back to make sure it was real, letting me know it's procure, a gentleman comes up to the counter behind me and places his order and hands over a 20 and it was automatically accepted. I am a man of color and the gentleman behind me was not. Can you imagine how that made me feel. I will not be going back there and i will share my story with others because what you do for one you do for all. Sadly the taco shells were cold too.

The hostess had less personality than the fish I caught today, even after my husband tried to show some kindness to warm her/him up. Might be better suited for a job that doesn't interface with customers. The soda machine was very dirty. I was hoping that the food would make up for it (fried chicken and soft tacos) but the chicken seemed old and the chicken tacos had no flavor. We didn't finish our meals.
Service members are rather lazy and complacent. Wife overheard one worker state that he would give us the smallest chicken legs, laughing, to another worker, to which I thought she just miss heard what was stated. However, once we looked at our order, sure enough, we had extremely small chicken legs that were also extremely over cooked and dry. We just ended up trashing the food, waste of money and waste of time.The atmosphere is non existent, nothing cool to look at, bland, poorly maintained industrial type business with a bad smell. Lacking in ambience and embrace.This establishment poorly represents Taco Bell and KFC. Do not recommend.

So I'm a door dasher. Last night I went there to pick up two orders. They closed the lobby so I had to get in the drive thru. After 20 minutes I was able to pick up one of the my orders. They told me that the second order wasn't ready and to go deliver the first one. I couldn't because my app was glitching. They said I couldn't wait there for the order. So I pulled back into line. After another 20 minutes (my customers were very cool about it) I go to pick up the second order, only to be told THEY JUST HANDED IT TO ANOTHER DRIVER AHEAD OF ME. THE SERVICE HERE SUCKS.

I live next to this Taco Bell/KFC and have gone to it so many times. Mainly out of convenience because it's right down the street, but my god are they the slowest workers, and not friendly either. The food isn't always freshly made, and orders aren't right fairly often. The Burger King right next to them, is FANTASTIC. They are quick, and super friendly and I love them. It sucks because I love Taco Bell so much, so this location, right at the beach where it gets busy, is such a disappointment.
Food and service were great. The store is definitely due for a remodel and could be cleaner.
