2946 Chain Bridge Rd Ste I, Oakton
Ordered around 9 pm with UBER EATS. The app shows that the food is ready but the driver called and said that their staff says: "we never got the order." Seems like an excuse since if their UBER system was down it wouldn't have even allowed me to place the order, let alone shows it as available for pick up.
The food is the same wherever you go. But this review is about service. I don't know what it is about this chain, but the service is bad. My kids love the food, so I go here once or twice a week. It's a rare day when the service is functioning. Typically they are understaffed. On more than one occasion I have watched an employee stand at the register while one other employee has to do all the orders. I've also heard employees argue over who was "senior" and didn't have to work the line. They are out of chips often, and you have to wait for more. The online order system has caused longer delays as they are usually dealing with those while you stand there and wait. I stopped going to the location in Vienna because the employees were so rude. Just weird. Anyway, if it's busy, be prepared to wait.
Me and my fiancé come here a good amount of times because he’s a construction worker who is working on 66 I got here earlier and waited for an hour because my fiancé really likes chipotle but today I guess the chipotle employees need more motivation because they opened after I stood outside at 10:53 when they are supposed to open at 10:45 and weren’t even really worried and one told me to wait I guess to get the key to open the door. okay not a big deal but can I at least get a hello or welcome not an attitude
I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I like how the service is always fantastic and they keep the place well organized constantly. Pricing is reasonable and they serve large portions.
I got a little bit of an upset stomach after eating here once. It doesn't happen all the time, but I've gone to other Chipotle locations for 6+ months and it has never happened at those places, so I believe it has something to do with how the food is prepared here.
Food tastes good. Portion sizes can vary noticeably depending on who's preparing the food. Pretty hit and miss if you use the mobile ordering app since they’ll forget a topping or something about 50% of the time.
i love this place and plus they give us yummy food
I really liked the food at the beginning. But now, is not that good. I think they lost their touch. It is mediocre.
RAW UNCOOKED CHIKEN!!!
Constantly under-staffed. The food is the food, no complaints there. But I started coming here because of poor service at another location. While they are friendlier here, it’s SLOW. Maybe because of the pick up orders, but it is SLOW. Lines can be long. I am currently watching two people try to handle over 20 people in line at 630 at night. Wow.
Horrible Customer service to the woman in front of me and the older man in front of her. Then I tried to order and they had run out of brown rice, at lunch time. Seemed like a bunch of kids more interested in having fun than working. Lots of joking around instead of taking care of customers.
Chipotle is always consistent. This one is one of our favorites and we go here often. The service is good, the servers are friendly, and the food is hot and fresh.
Burritos were overstuffed in the best way! Delicious food and very fast service.
Typically a big fan a chipotle, but lack of customer service tonight was a big turn off. I asked to cut the quesadilla I ordered for my toddler. Was told they cant, just not possible. And directly behind the person was a cutting board with a knife resting on it. Really... then I think to spite me she put my bowl in the bag upside down.
Good healthy fast food at a reasonable price!
Chipotle is Chipotle. You know what you're getting into when you go here. But unfortunately every time I go to this specific one, I don't get what I expected. These guys here are the Kings of giving you uncooked rice, lackluster meat, and tiny portions. Seriously, these guys are the undisputed champs of skimping you on meat. It has not been a one time occurrence, either. It's been happening since the first time they opened up the Oakton Chipotle about 5-6 years ago. It's safe to say that I will not be returning to this Chipotle and advise others to seer clear and visit another one. I recommend the Vienna Chipotle. The food there is always of higher quality in my opinion. If you must visit this place however, the plus side is the staff are friendly and the place is clean and presentable. It's very weak on taste.
I hope that he managers see this. I placed an order for delivery and two items from my order were left out. Upon calling the store the employee told me I could get a new order if I come to the store and get it. Obviously I cannot get to the store because I had my meal delivered. I asked for a refund and was told I have to go through “the website” and she was not able to give me further instructions beyond that. Poor customer service chipotle. Usually this location is my go to, but my past few orders have had issues. I do not recommend this location.
If you're going after 7pm and want chips with your meal go to another location. Literally every single time I have gone after 7pm they are "out of chips."
After last year's online order fiasco (less than 24 notice), I made sure to order over 24 hours in advance. I placed an online order at 11 am for a pickup of 40 burritos, chips and fixings the following day at 12:30 pm for a sendoff lunch for our church group. My wife and brother went to pick the order up at about 12:25 pm and came back to the church at 1:45 pm. They said that Chipotle had no paperwork, though my wife had my online receipt of it being processed! Needless to say, we had to scramble to set everything up for lunch. For a business who has had bad public relations (e coil and other break outs), you are not scoring any customer points with me. I received some free food passes from their corporate office, I'll use them at another location.
Hit or miss with the food. Service is fine but some days the food taste better than others.
I didn't so much dislike it. I mean it was clean and the staff were super nice BUT the burrito was horribly wrapped. That's the whole Chipotle experience for me, a chicken burrito, quac and chips. It wasn't my usual spot (Woodbridge by Potomac Mills) so I guess I'm a little spoiled. It's close to work so I may give it another go one day when I'm getting off late and don't feel like cooking.
Great option for a quick lunch. Salad with a few choice toppings is great when watching what you eat. I love that they have the option to monitor the food online as well.
The service at this Chipotle is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I gave it three different chances to be fair but every time has been a nightmare. Multiple works standing around while one rushes around to serve a long line. The manager sat at the biggest table on his phone for a solid 45 minutes while the my clearly needed his help; not only was he not helping but pulling other employees over to look at his phone, all while the restaurant was busy. The owner needs to hire some people that actually care about their jobs because clearly no one here does.
Quick healthy food at a fair price, what is not to love? This location keeps the line moving
Great service and great food
I love chipotle foods specifically steak burrito
Don't recommend going any time later than 8, they tend to start shutting down the place and rationing the food to save time for closing.

I'm banning Chipotle from my choice of restaurants to eat at for a while until they clean up their act. I'm spreading the word also to HUNDREDS of FB friends and family members!
Go here all the time and love the employees!
We all know chipotle very well and this one was no expectation. The service was good and meal was fresh. The cashier and the other employee were doing their job but not very good enthusiastic. Overall the the service was good, clean restaurant and chipotle delicious food.
I have to admit to staying away from Chipotle for over a year while they sorted out their various contaminated food problems, but I'm baaaaaaaaack! Very consistent offering served up quickly and at a competitive price. Hopefully we've seen the last of this chain's food contamination snafus because we like eating here!
What a great restaurant is that👌 no mistake
Good food, well served, quick handling with the line.
Great food and quick service.
I love the quick service, the burrito is very good for a fast food restaurant.
This restaurant has always lived up to my standards. They give great portions and are always very polite. They are also very efficient when it gets busy. One time the line was out the door and I was expecting to be waiting for around 15-20 minutes but I was out the door with my food in less than 15.
Great food, quick service, friendly staff!
I do not usually choose Chipotle as my first choice, but my family wanted Mexican. The food was not the freshest. Red beans were overcooked and some of the lettuce was wilted. I was not impressed with the service and noticed a potential for food safety.
I usually love chipotles, but this one really failed at making the food look appetizing or have the meats sufficiently warm. A pity.
