I just stopped by this Dunkin Donuts to pick up 6 donuts and a chai latte. There was a female customer sitting in a booth near the door with no mask. The employ was the only one on shift and made no effort to enforce the requirements to wear a mask. What's up Dunkin? Don't you care about your customers' safety?

Last time I stopped to buy a coffee and toasted bagel with cheese, my surprise was that the bagel was old. No fresh can’t hardly eat it it look like a rubber, my teeth are almost stuck on the bagel. The cheese was tasteless. What’s wrong with DD? his reputation goes down. I think they need a new management.

After working in customer service for so long you think they would be either to refund or at least make your 15$ order if the app somehow sends it to a location a half hour away but nope just told me i'm screwed lol thanks

I went to this Dunkin yesterday morning. When i arrived, I was disappointed to see the employee on the espresso bar wearing his mask under his chin as he prepared a drink for another customer. I reluctantly stepped up to the counter and another employee arrived at the register from the back to take my order and this individual wasn’t wearing a mask AT ALL. I understand that masks are an inconvenience and relatively new but this is the first food service establishment I’ve been to since COVID-19 regulations began where the employees wdo not care to wear masks at all. Especially for a place where the food is left mostly uncovered, face coverings on the people who serve you are non negotiable. The “masks required” sign on the door is laughable.

Limited selection, Boston cream tasted old. Dunkin always seems to disappoint me. Need to find another donut place.

This store is ill-equipped for curbside orders, and employees desperately need customer service training. In a nutshell: I waited 40min, never got my full order, had to go inside three times (this was a curbside order, mind you), no one ever came out to tell me there was any problem, no one answered the phone, they would not give me a partial refund or let me substitute, employee told me to wait longer after customers who just walked in (I was waiting 25min at this point), other employee barked at me that I didn't listen, I didn't listen, I didn't listen, she then proceeded to yell at me that it was my fault. Anything I said or solution I offered fell on deaf ears. To add insult to injury, the employees let a teenage customer, who walked in mid-conversation (30 min mark), blame me for the current condition in America (yes, she really did), and berate me telling me what an awful person I am. She had no idea what preceded my asking for my order or a refund (which they could not give me either). All they had to say to this customer was to not get involved (the same customer also yelled at me in the parking lot), but instead they let her continue insulting me as I walked out the store. I left embarrassed and sobbing. By the way, there was never more than one customer inside, so why my (incomplete) order took 40 minutes is unexplainable. Calls to the manager/owner have gone unanswered. There was no apology until I was literally backing out of my parking space (the first employee waved me down). Their rudeness and lack of courtesy is totally inexcusable in a retail/service setting. I had a my 3mo baby and 8yo son in the car. I couldn't be running in/out of the store, let alone waiting 40min. This was a treat for my son for finishing school, and it ended up an ugly disaster! Shame on you, Dunkin'.

I’ve been getting my morning coffee here occasionally for the past 6 months. The coffee is good and up to par with Dunkin’ Donuts standards. However the service at this location is poor. The service is extremely slow, sometimes messy counters and they don’t refill napkins quickly. I say go for the coffee but expect sup-bar service at this branch.

In on 2/26/20 around 1045am. I spent $7 for coffee for myself and a breakfast sandwich for my friend. My friend asked for a pack of jelly and was told it would be "extra". She was incredulous and wanted to return what we had bought. It didn't really bother me in the moment but yeah... Every place else offers at least 1 or 2 condiments with purchase. My friend said if it had been her money it would have gone back and didn't pay "extra".
