Ordered a family meal with the chicken tenders and they cancelled my order once I got there because the tenders was frozen . And because I ordered online they wouldn't change up the order to regular chicken .

Parking: The location is not the best in the area especially after dark .

Wheelchair accessibility: Had a ramp but couldn't tell the shape it's in

Worst drive thru service ever

Was so excited to have some Church's after a long time since many have closed down. The flavor of the chicken, was just as I remembered, absolutely delicious! Bummed that there was no rice ready at 11:46 in the morning, but that's fine. The staff was extremely nice. The prices of the sides have definitely gone up a lot, for the portion, but still tasty.
This establishment really needs to get a plumber or a janitor to clean the restrooms, there was a disgusting sewer order that was leaking into the dining area. Although this has nothing to do with the food, it did leave a bad experience in my mind, as I couldn't enjoy sitting and dining.

Didn't have church's in a long time was happy to see it but was nit satisfied chicken was fresh but no flavor they no longer have Texas Pete hot sauce so that was disappointing the new glhot sauce is sweet n not good and the biscuit doesn't taste the same

The cashier could show better service as they always hiring some with unprofessionalism. I’ll take my money elsewhere. The food great but service not good at all. One word #attitudes smh

Really good tenders and love the apple pie and honey butter biscuit Signature hot sauce was really good too

Had a good person at the counter. Done a great customer service job. Some of my food was left out. But overall, good.

Ok so , it was my first time going here the service was great but the was not I’ve gotten a chicken sandwich meal, the bread was hard as a rock ,food was cold the fries was ok but out of the whole meal the lemonade was the best. (Don’t come here to waste your money)

The wait in the drive thru was ridiculous there was only 2 cars in front of me and like 3 ppl inside i can say the staff was nice taking my order. The food was edible but its in a sketchy location
