I ordered through DoorDash, they left the other half of my order out of the back and called me to ask if I could get the dasher to turn around and pick up the other half of my order, they went back to get it but when I received my food it was not at all what I asked for I called the restaurant and man wouldn’t even let me speak before talking over me stating that they were extremely busy I proceeded to explain my order was incorrect he said “oh well void it out” and hung up. But there is no way to get a full refund from door dash so everything was a complete waste I will never order food from them again

Thai Basil is the best Thai food in Hampton roads! It is so authentic, the most of any other Thai restaurant I’ve tried here. Their food is delicious every single time. It is definitely the best pad thai I’ve had in all of Virginia, there is no place like it around. It is always my go-to meal when I want a perfect portion plus leftovers! Their curry and drunken noodles are also really good!!!

This place is about the worst. We had luch and were the only ones in there. That should have been our first clue. Had to get up 3 times to get the server to address our needs. The meal was bad. No flavor and no substance and no condiments were offered. I didn't want to get up a 4th time,When we were ready for the check, I had to holler for our server. Again no one else in the restaurant. Dont waste your money!!!!

Food was very tasty and very fresh. There were 4 of us, and we all loved what we ordered. The sticky rice dessert was pretty good too. The ambience was very warm and the waitress very welcoming.
