***Do Not Spend Your Money Here*** Had The Worst experience of my life in this facility today. After requesting a refund for 2 attempted lemonades that were watery I was told by a Manager that “Im not giving you a refund I gave you 2; those things are $10”. I reiterated you didnt Give me anything i tasted them both 1 sip each and did not like it so I would like a refund. She then proceeded to scream and curse at me in front of my children. She called the owner Chris Morgan who also stated he would have given me a refund if i wouldnt have said anything to his manager. They gave me the owners phone number in which I called and he forwarded me to vm. This team and owner need Customer service training and may want to find a new home instead of short pump mall. I have never been treated so horribly in my life over $6. I am appalled and highly dissapointed. Chris Morgan you and your team should be ashamed; review your video footage. Shame on you all Auntie Annies short pump mall. Apparently this service is what they are known for read the reviews.

The menu board showed a different price than the register charged. It was about $1 per pretzel difference. When I questioned the girl working there (Lucy S) about the difference she said they probably hadn’t updated the boards and there was nothing she could do about it because her manager wasn’t there. She was extremely rude, entitled, and dismissive. I should be able to trust that the posted price is what I will be charged and I certainly don’t need some 18yr old child’s attitude.

If you are planning to close early, you really need to change your hours. You were literally closed more than an hour before your listed closing time. Malls used to penalize stores for opening late and closing early. They need to bring that rule back.

If you are going to close early as an establishment you should make it known on the website before people drive 30+ minutes for a pretzel craving just to see a sign on the door that says closed for repairs. Do better.

My wife and I stopped in for a snack and I am never disappointed. Auntie Anne pretzels are sooooooo delicious by themselves or with a dip (my personal favorite is the sweet glaze and my wife's is the cheese). Although it was loud in there, they got the order right, fast, and efficiently. All the staff looked quite happy and having a good time, but that doesn't take away from the customer. I'll definitely be back to this location.
