Come here every Thursday with my love for our sweet treat date night and the crew knows our orders so well they start on them before we put them in. The service is always excellent and the employees are so sweet and thoughtful and portions are good size. I would also like to add the store and the grounds are always clean as well. We've met the owner on numerous occasions and he is also very nice and sociable. We definitely recommend this location and team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bruster’s is very high quality ice cream. I like the cookies and cream. They have oat milk versions of some flavors. I can’t find mention of gelato on their menu but someone posted a petition of gelato once.

Throughout the past few years, whenever we want to celebrate something, whenever we’ve had a bad day, whenever we’re craving a treat, we ask each other, “Wanna go to Bruster’s?” Bruster’s has become synonymous with reward in our household, and here’s why. My husband and I almost always order the same comforting treats: two heaping scoops of the Oreo cookies and cream ice cream in a waffle cone for him, and a fully loaded hot fudge mint chocolate chip sundae, topped with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles, for me. My husband describes the Oreo ice cream as “exactly how you envision it tasting, creamy, with strong vanilla notes, and both bits and pieces of Oreos as well as almost full-sized cookies.”The rich creaminess of the mint chocolate chip ice cream, coupled with the refreshing mint flavor and scent, take me back to simpler days of eating mint chocolate chip ice cream cones. The chocolate chips provide a burst of chocolate as well as a pleasing crunchy texture. Nowadays, I prefer a sundae, because some days I’m just looking for a party when I have dessert.Each time we visit Bruster’s, we go through the drive thru, which is fast, convenient, and efficient, as we are always greeted and served promptly. Be sure to sign up for the Bruster’s Rewards program, which is an app on your phone that they scan for you each visit. When you have hit your rewards goal, you will receive a $5 off coupon for your next visit. Also, they have offered coupons for $1 off your order, in paper form, that we kept in our glove box. Spacious seating around patio tables and ample parking provide a few options for enjoying your frozen treats right away, but there’s no indoor dining. The servings are very generous, and we enjoy getting out of the house, so we haven’t had the occasion to buy their packaged ice cream yet, but we’ve talked about it. We can’t find anything in the grocery store we enjoy as much as Bruster’s fresh-made-daily ice cream.Parking: It's located right in a shopping center area, so there is plenty of free parking.Kid-friendliness: They have a Dinosaur Sundae with a cookie and a Dirt Sundae with a gummy worm.

4 STARS. My husband had the Deep Dish Apple Pie. He gave it 3 STARS. I had a Banana Split (see receipt). I gave it 4 STARS.The staff was REALLY helpful. An extra STAR.

I love your milkshakes! But PLEASE stop asking your customers if they would like to tip. It's very rude. They they are literally doing their job, why am I supposed to tip? They don't get paid $2.13/ hour, why do your customers have to help pay your employees?

Walked up to the window around 7pm tonight. Two workers saw me walk up. The guy turned his back to me and the girl didn’t get off her phone and then walked to the back of the store. Stood there for about 3 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I was the only customer at the time. I decided to just leave as it seemed like they didn’t feel like serving me. As I was walking away the girl started walking back up towards the front, but it was too late. It’s a shame because I come here often with my kids.

I feel Bruster's gets overlooked since there's so many great ice cream shops in the Richmond area. The ice cream quality is up there with it's rivals along with a nice assortment of flavors, toppings and sauces. There's cones, cups available for scooped and soft serviced ice cream. The service is usually friendly and fast as this is a walk up window ordering scenario. There's plenty of parking and with tables available around the building. As a bonus to us there's a Bruster's near our home which allows us to ride our bikes to the ice cream shop.
Very nice staff and plenty of seating. It is kind of loud because it's right next to the main road. I had no clue they started serving non-dairy options! I didn't order this time so nothing to review, but we did order the banana split and a toddler size of the birthday cake. The birthday cake was extremely sweet, and the banana split was okay, but had too much going on. It was on the expensive side as well. Overall, we were moderately pleased. There are better ice cream establishments we would choose next time.

My husband just left the drive thru and was by himself with no passengers. He was handed a sundae without a lid. They said that the lid would not fit! He said but I am driving what am I supposed to do with it while I drive? It was a large sundae with 4 scoops of ice cream that we always get and it always has a top on it! Additionally, he purchased a large vanilla shake and the top wasn't on good and the entire shake dumped into the front seat of our Pathfinder! Unacceptable! We spend so much money with this store and to have this happen is just ridiculous! $20 dollars worth of ice cream. The sundae made it home, mostly, but started to melt as he was holding it and trying to steer the car and overflowed all over his shorts!
