This is my pick for worst Chipotle in the area, they are consistently out of food items. I end up driving here and leaving because they are out of items more often than I end up actually getting food. I have completely given up on this location.

This Chipotle is one of the best I've ever been to. Plus it's cheap, under $20 and I got a complete meal that lasted for 2! Awesome sauce!Vegetarian options: You can make any burrito/bowl vegan by not adding any protein or cheese. Too easy.

My first time at this location. It’s right off the I-66. It may have been an off day. Rice was very hard .I had an item missing from our order that I didn’t catch it till we were back on the road. I will try them again. Lady at window was nice and working hard.

I love chipotle. But this specific location is always a disappointment. Which is so frustrating since it's just around the corner. Mobile orders are always wrong and missing ingredients. Tonight my chips are stale and the guacamole has black spots from sitting around too long.

Quick service, good portion and delicious food. Everything was well seasoned which to me is hit or miss in other locations. Couldn't have expected anything better.
I've come to expect a good experience from most Chipotle locations but this one disappoints. The employees were nice enough without being pleasant, except to each other. There was 4 employees and 1 customer when I walked in yet every table was dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. This was at 3 o'clock so there was plenty of time after the rush to do so but apparently no desire. The food was bland compared to other Chipotles and was overall a poor enough of an experience I won't be back. Thanks for reading

Good food and the portions are great. It's much better than the mechanicsville location. Staff is friendlier, too. Parking is horrible. It is very difficult to get in and out of when busy... which is often. Otherwise, I love the food.

You don't have to be very competent at all to work here because all the employees including the managers are so incompetent that they don't know how to get your order right. Also the manager acts like its a huge inconvenience to remake the bowl they got wrong & she went so fast making it the second time that she still got it wrong & gave me a skimpy bowl.
