To go order from Uber Eats. They were out of everything. This was around 7:30. Didn't have our order that was supposed to be ready. Came home with two bowls of mainly rice and a burrito with hardly any steak (again all rice). Paid for guacamole on one bowl and it was the size of a half dollar.Terrible experience...on "tha list"

I've never had a pleasant experience at this location ?, from long wait times, to wrong orders, to unfriendly staff. yesterday I heard and Employee tell a customer "you can go somewhere else."

Employees will literally ignore customers for 15 minutes until they absolutely have to help. They religiously skimp on your order after having made you wait for 15 minutes. They will only do online orders sometimes and have no type of signing indicating that until you’ve wasted your time walking into the establishment.
Even though the restaurant is open, they are only taking online orders. Lots of people just sitting there trying to order online while stale food is sitting out and employees are milling around. Just ridiculous.

Why is this chipotle even OPEN????!!!!! Every time I come here I’m told they are out of this. They are out of that just last week. I drove all the way here and was told they are out of rice and they are out of guacamole and so I drove 10 minutes away to another chipotle. Now I left work and drove to this location because it’s close to home, and as soon as I walked in, I’m told “ We are only doing online orders” Like what the hell! So if that’s the case, why not put a sign on the door stating no service to the public and while I’m in the store the young Lady is trying to tell me About what I can order online why would I stand in the store and place an order online when there’s no one else but myself in the store at the moment this is just ridiculous and this seriously makes me not want to eat here anymore

i enjoy it here and the staff is decent. i dont even post reviews however..i eat from here at least 3 or 4 times a week and most times i get there after 8pm everytime i come at 8 or later theyre significantly missing alot of items no meat or no rice or no beans or both or all i understand food costs ive worked in food service this has crushed my experience on a number of occasions and i get its later but they close at 11pm not to mention they have raised prices on all items im just not pleased chipotle

Food is not as good as it used to be… tomatoes in the pico is old sometimes and the rice sometimes is overcooked or undercooked. With the prices g going up you would think this would be quality.
