I've been eating and enjoying a favorite beverage with friends (some of the same friends I might add!) for over 40 years. Yikes. Sure, it was "Phil's" then, but through the changes, it remains and retains a greatness that brings me back. Love the "Three Chopt Salad" (fav) and many of the other menu choices. I believe you will love The Continental Westhampton too!

This place was good with some good food and some so so foods, the service was solid, which I include in that an amazing happy hour! The atmosphere is probably super appealing to the cool kids but it’s packed and loud for me. They had the music up super loud which I’m never a fan of when I’m there to talk with folks.Mozzarella cheese sticks… Most unique take I’ve experienced in my life and I’ve had a lot of cheese sticks in my day. Worth a try but not for me.Margherita pizza was solid. Barstool 7.0 equivalent. Great nachos and great salad. Look at this thing!Parking was a pain! Street parking that had no spots. Used the paid lot in back (they don’t validate).

Fist time here and it's fantastic! The Lamb French Dip is amazing. The only downside is the parking. But still well worth it!

Best french toast I've ever had and the reason for this 5-star review.Breakfast nachos were also good, but suffered from the classic blunder of dumping toppings on a pile of chips, which leaves you would many topping-less chips, instead of layering chips and ingredients.

Really good lunch, on way home to DC from NC. Portions were enormous-- wedge salad, fries, kale caesar, marg pizza and BLT. All really well executed. If I lived closer, I'd come here for cocktails. Super nice vibe.

I went for brunch on my birthday. The best thing about this place was the staff. My waiter was nice and so were the hostesses. The restaurant serves kale and spinach in multiple dishes, so I asked if they could make a side of spinach or kale for me. The waiter asked his manager and they said no. That level of inflexibility was the first turn off. Then the food came out and things went downhill.I ordered a simple meal of eggs, bacon, potatoes, and toast. The bacon was cold, rubbery instead of crispy, and inedible. It looked like it sat in a pan of grease for 30 minutes before serving. The potatoes were also not fresh. They were overcooked and cold. I gave up after a few bites. The eggs and toast were fine so I didn't starve, but this was easily the worst birthday brunch of my life.Parking: I parallel parked on Grove

Devin was great loved my hot brown sandwich. Wife got the continental club which is probably 3 meals. Highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: Changing station in bathroom, lots of parents with kids even young ones and good clean atmosphere especially for having a bar.

I'd like to start by saying everyone is very nice and the food is good. However they have started charging a 15% gratuity for takeout orders. This can add a considerable amount to an already pricey meal. Recently I paid cash for a takeout meal and they rounded the price up to the nearest dollar and, without asking, withheld part of my change. My bad, I didn't check my change until I was outside of the restaurant and didn't feel like going back to address it. I definitely feel nickled and dimed here and am beginning to feel that it's not worth going there anymore. Especially with so many other good restaurants nearby that don't charge extra fees.
