Food is good and cheap but the service is super ghetto, this location will ALWAYS put cheese on my burger even when i specifically say no cheese then when i have to go in and ask for it to be fixed they'll ignore my presence at the front counter for 5+ mins until im forced to flag someone down then look at me like im an alien from another world for being a customer who got a messed up order when it's 100% their fault.

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Shawn at the window for her extraordinary customer service last night. She even made a birthday very special for someone last night. Her work ethic is incredible and greatly appreciated her positivity in the drive thru. Thank you Shawn for an excellent experience.

I just went through drive through and ordered two big double burger trays and he repeated it back to me and when I got home they were chicken strip trays one of the drinks was undrinkable and I am allergic to chicken so there goes my dinner and when I called they sent me to a voicemail box that was full probably with other

Another bad experience. My wife and I both ordered burgers and when she got home we opened the boxes and none of the food we ordered was there. It was someone else’s trays. I ordered a Mr pibb for my drink and it tasted like the box was completely empty. I couldn’t even drink it.

I love cookout but this time we went had us very upset me and my husband took his sisters for the first time we were super excited to eat. Once we got home all of our orders were wrong. My husband didn’t get anything he ordered and we asked for extra things that were more expensive so it was very upsetting to get home and nothing was right. Bad first experience for my sister in laws.

This one’s always a hit or miss, depending on who’s working and what time you go late at night
I expected to pay at least $15 for a fresh charbroiled burger meal, but for a 1/4lb cheeseburger, golden brown fries and drink paid $10 and change. Can't beat that. This is like any of us would make on a grill at home. Don't bother with other burger restaurants. Cook out is the place to go!

This cookout is the fastest one I have ever been to. There can be 20 cars in line but I am always out of the line within 15-20 minutes and I always order 4 milkshakes so they do not play around. They hire some of the most competent employees at fast food restaurants around. The only thing that could change to make it better is their speaker system could use some updating to help the employees understand the customers better. But even that doesn't give them a 4 star review. My family of 5 like the food, but we've had problems the last few times going there. We keep getting a single quesadilla when the kids ordered two as their entree, gave us plain fries instead of Cajun, and charged for toppings when we didn't order them. We've had few service issues, but sometimes we can't get sauces because the cashiers are busy and the person finishing the order doesn't respond.Update: it's gotten much better.in the restaurant, but the drive-thru still has problems. Even after reading back the order, we just had the wrong side on a tray (Jan 2024).
I ordered 2 combos. One was the bbq sandwich with no hot sauce and the other was the quesadilla tray for my daughter. Upon opening the bbq sandwich, it was soaking wet like a sponge covered in coleslaw on the outside of the bun as well as had Texas Pete mixed in the bbq which I specifically asked not to have while placing my order. The quesadillas were soaked in way too much quesadilla sauce and not only did I request light on the sauce when placing my order, I was also charged extra just because I asked for less sauce. I did not realize this upon ordering but I do not understand how you charge customers for customizing when your staff puts way to much sauce on it to begin with. Ordered a hot dog as well which when we got home was burnt black and crunchy. I have tried calling numerous times but nobody answered the phones. This is poor customer service and I am not satisfied to say the least. If this is how you operate I will take my business to another restaurant.
