Great coffee (haven’t tried the food). Missing a star because their inside area is closed, which takes away from the whole feel of a community cafe.

This place is unassuming, but as far as to-go breakfast is concerned, it is much better than I expected. I had probably the best breakfast burrito I have ever had anywhere (I added tomato and avocado to it), the breakfast sandwich on a bagel was pretty good, as was the thai coffee and the latte. One thing was outstanding (the burrito) and the rest were just slightly above average. The online ordering system was convenient as well.

My server at 8am 2/9/24 was very knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. Ordered a Thai iced coffee with coconut syrup and it’s genuinely the best coffee I’ve ever had(and I was a coffee barista for a year). Also had a breakfast burrito which I’ll give a 8/10. Thank you to my server/cashier for explaining Thai iced coffee in such an appealing way. I will be back!

Crossroads is a trustworthy and reliable cafe option. They've been around as long as I can remember, and the breakfast sandwiches are always great. (I mean, look at that! I don't normally take pics of my food but I couldn't resist.) Prices are reasonable for a cafe, and I like the easy pickup window. The drinks are good, the food is tasty and the staff are friendly!

Crossroads Coffee makes no sense. You can’t go inside (fine), walk up window only (great), but it’s surrounded by parking lot. There’s no where safe or relaxing to stand and wait for your drink. Why are cars allowed to drive around 3 sides of the patio?!!!

I love this place great coffee and atmosphere hidden gem of South Richmond.
Crossroads' coffee and teas taste delicious, the food is of the quality of the pre-made selections found in airports. Whether its the drip coffee or a latte, things are delicious, and its plain that the beans and leaves are high quality.Crossroads is frustrating when it comes to the service and atmosphere. As other reviews have mentioned, anybody can understand closing down indoor accommodations during covid, however covid restrictions have long since ceased. There is still only outdoor seating and no access to indoor bathrooms; its plain that Crossroads has enjoyed the increased profit from reducing the overhead cost after closing indoor service.Frugality of this sort on behalf of a service establishment is insulting to customers at the least, especially when considering that the prices at Crossroads are what would be expected at a full service establishment. It is possible that I have had an unlucky draw the last few times I have gone, however it seems that the 16oz serving size for the drinks at crossroads is more of an indication of the size of the cup it is served in, rather than the quantity served. The 16oz cups are usually filled to the top of the drink sleeve.A point worth mentioning is that they follow the same practice as other establishments in prompting the customer to enter a tip amount for the employee who took the order. There is no pre-set "$0.00" and the customer must skip to an additional page to input no tip. These screens on a POS terminal are customizable by the establishment and the tactic of making it as difficult as possible NOT to tip is blindingly obvious to patrons. Impeding the check out process by asking for tips for workers who legally must be compensated at the state minimum wage is detrimental to the livelihoods of service workers who actually depend on tipping for support, because state and federal laws dictate that they can be paid a "servers minimum" which usually falls below $3 per hour.

We stopped after visiting the VA. I didn't know the place even existed. It will now be a favorite stop. The Ice Cream was awesome! Can't wait to explore some of their coffees!

I used to love this place. The food is ok but I mostly went for the atmosphere and entertainment. I understood them closing during height of c19 but they never fully opened back up and it's outdoor seating only. I've only gone twice since this change and no longer go at all because it's just not how I'd prefer to eat my food. I miss this place I truly do but it's just too different for my taste now unfortunately and just not a very comfortable experience .
