First time visiting this restaurant as it was recommended by a friend. 3 adults had dinner and two with soft drinks and the bill was under $55.00. I don’t know of anywhere within the Richmond area where you can dine with reasonable prices. So much food I had to use take out boxes for the remainder of my meal. Great atmosphere and great service.

Every time we are in Richmond or even Williamsburg we make an effort to eat here. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and priced appropriately. It’s a great place to get together with family, enjoy a meal and just socialize. There’s not a whole lot of background noise so people can hear each other well.Vegetarian options: One person in our party got a vegetarian dish.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: There were people with children there but more adults than children.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.

The food here was absolutely delicious ?. I had the Burito Del Mar. Everything in it was so fresh you can taste each vegetable. The scallops & shrimp went perfect with the rice & sauce. I recommend this dish wholeheartedly.
Food was amazing as well as the drinks. Good place, family oriented atmosphere. A great place to go for authentic Mexican food. And portion size was hefty.

We visit El Napol on a regular basis. They always provide great service and great food. We had family in from out of town recently and we’re celebrating our granddaughter’s 4th birthday. They were very busy, but not too busy to make our granddaughter a special treat and sing to her. We enjoy coming to this restaurant and love the relaxed atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed!

The service is the only thing good with this restaurant. The food was stale and undercooked with blood oozing from the chicken. The food smelt stale and tasted awful. I paid full price for the meal and still tip the waitress. The restaurant is dark, flies buzzing around will you eat. I had to ask for the seating with bright lights.

We made the mistake of coming here for Cinco De Mayo and this visit did not go so well. You could tell the staff was stressed and at one point running, but we never experienced fast service. We were able to get one round of drinks and were left to drink the melting ice afterwords because our waitress never came back. Someone else brought us our food, which was in to go containers and cold. After waiting a while after picking at our food we had to flag someone else down for our check. Would be best to try this place on a slower day atleast.Parking: Shopping center parking for several businesses
