Service from bartender and floor staff was great. Having to fill my bowl mostly with noodles bc it’s no longer offered as a base for an $18 medium sized bowl is insane. Always out of yum yum and they seem to be trying to cut costs while upping prices and lowering quality. Will only go if I have a Bogo and a friend so we can split the cost - otherwise it isn’t worth it anymore.

This is a great spot for a quick meal. Super tasty too.you can build your own bowl with tons of options. Service was excellent. Nice little bar area too. I’ll definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: Build your own means you can cater to your specific diet pretty easily.

Quality went down and cost went up. It's stir fry, I shouldn't be paying 20$+ for one bowl. If the unlimited bowl was still a thing, then that price would be reasonable but this restaurant used to be my families favorite. Not worth it

Having been to other GG locations in the past, this was really a disappointment.There's a pervasive and strong smell as soon as you walk in, which reminded me of a Sheetz bathroom. During weekend dinner hours, the restaurant was almost empty. The table had puddles on it.Their non-buffet entrees must be made entirely of frozen food, because they were apparently out of a very basic component that left about a third of the entrees unavailable. This component could have been easily prepared by any person with a basic knowledge of cooking, so a microwave must be the only cooking implement in the back kitchen.One of the members of my party was forced to change their order multiple times and still didn't receive what they ordered - despite asking for chicken, they received what appeared to be shrimp and beef in a random selection of vegetables. By that time it was obviously pointless to try and get something else.You'd assume that being denied multiple entrees and then being served a bowl of random leftovers would result in some kind of discount, right? No. Instead, an item that nobody had ordered was ADDED to the bill, which the waiter tried to push us to hurry up and pay without reading through it on the payment terminal. There was still no discount offered once the item was removed and an actual paper bill printed.The only good part of the experience was that nobody got sick, which was a very legitimate concern by the end of the meal.

The restaurant was understaffed for a Saturday night, and it took a while to get seated and to get our food. We ordered supreme bowls of the menu as soon as we sat down, and they were very bland.

Definitely feels like new ownership. I haven't been here in over a year and the only Genghis I'd ever been to before was this one. Price was fine and service was fine, but they upcharge for yum-yum sauce and they didn't used too. Also their wasn't any marinated meat on the bar. A few veggies looked "unpleasant", onions and cilantro specifically. Just not as crisp looking on the food side, and upcharge for sauce is not cool.
Yeah don’t order any of the rice bowls. It’s 90% white rice. Terrible.

Ordered online pickup but the food wasn’t ready till 20 minutes after the suggested pickup time. The floor only had about 3 tables of customers so it wasn’t incredibly busy. By the time I got my food, my lunch break was over. No sense of urgency and no apologies.
