I make a visit every Saturday morning for biscuits. The food and service are always good. However, the design of the drive thru needs to be reviewed, specifically the positioning of the speaker / mic box to place your order. It is positioned a good 2 feet beyond the menu board which means if you stop in front of the menu board you are literally having to yell to place your order. Conversely, if you pull up closer to the speaker then you are past the menu board and unable to read the items. I hope this suggestion will help you to improve the customer experience for your drive-thru patrons.

Went through drive through, it took 15 mins to get our food, went to leave and realized there were no fries with our meals. Had to go in and get them and even then the employee wanted to question me and her manager then came out and handled the issue. They were very short staffed

Came here today and the lady in drive thru was VERY nasty. Saying "what" to everything and just very rude. She needs to be home instead of at work. I pulled right on off and went down the street to better service. Never again.

The food is consistent with the Hardees brand however the service is not great. There must be a press for drive through times to be better. If you go through the drive through they will pull you so that they can serve you off however you wait for an extended amount of time to receive your order. The corporate team needs to look into this. I know your initiative is to reduce drive through times and improve quality but that's truly not what happens your staff are manipulating the system across-the-board

Customer service is lacking. I used drive thru and the employee gave no greeting or eye contact. The menu board needs to be fixed. Unable to read due to the signs falling inside the case.The food was hot and fresh

I just left from ordering my food .when I got home I took notice they messed up my order.I told them no cheese on my Bacon and eggs on 2 of my meals in cheese was on all of them in the biscuits was old like it was sitting since they opened this morning .I guess they didn’t want to fix fresh ones, so they warm up the old ones.in to top it off a long peace of hair was in one of the biscuits.Hardee’s yall got to do better people spend there hard earned money in to get treated like this is no good ?? i will not go back to them no more
Person taking order through drive-thru wasn't listening to her customers requests, and was following some stupid script trying to sell something else.I would have gotten hash rounds with the meal, but no, wanted to sell an apple turnover.
